★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小籠包が食べたくて伺いましたが全て肉汁が全くなく正直美味しくなかったです。
他の料理もバイキングなので乾燥して餃子など殆どの料理が残念でした。
私的には唯一坦々麺が美味しかったのでもう一つ注文すると全く味が違っていました。(最初食べたものと比べて凄く味が薄かったです)
最初の説明をして下さった女性のスタッフの方の説明も凄く分かりにくく、私の同僚がラーメンや小籠包を取りに行ってくれてたんですが数種類の小籠包があった事を帰る間際に知り食べられませんでした。残念です。
スタッフの人も空いたお皿を下げてくれるのは良いのですが、私達が端のテーブル席だった為か壁越しにお皿を下げるのはどうかなぁと思いました。
スタッフは多いので料理を運んだりするホールの仕事はバイキングなので殆ど無いのでもう少し気遣いや接客面を改善して欲しいと思います。
年配のお客様もいらしてたので特にそう思いました。

It would be nice for the staff to lower the empty plates, but I wondered if we could lower the plates through the wall, probably because we were at the table at the end.
Since there are many staff, the work of the hall that carries food is a buffet, so there is almost no work, so I would like you to improve your concern and customer service a little more.
I especially thought so because there were some elderly customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PARCO13階、点心中心のお店です。ランチセットとブュッフェがあります。ランチセットは麺か丼と点心、デザート、ドリンクバー付きで1000円〜1200円程度と手頃です。味はそこそこ美味しいのですが、出てくるのが遅い。
またブュッフェのお客様が多く、絶えず人が食べ物を持って行き来している、テーブル同士の間隔が狭いということもあって、感染リスクが高いように感じました。正直なところ、落ち着いて食事する気になれませんでした。
店舗側は入店時の検温、消毒、ブュッフェでの手袋使用など感染対策をされているのですが、お客様の層があまり感染を気にしない方が多いのかもしれません。ブュッフェ形式なので仕方ないのかもしれませんね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチのビュッフェの利用です。5人の利用でスペシャルコースの蟹おこわとローストビーフ包餅を1人1個ずつ持ってきてくれるとのことでしたが、なぜか蟹おこわ1個だけが来ました。店員に確認すると、今用意しているとのことで待っていましたが、伝票と蟹おこわ1個だけを持ってきている時点で、他の分を用意しているとは思えず、再度確認してやっと用意していただきました。伝票に個数が書いているのに蟹おこわ1個だけ運んでくることに違和感を感じなかったのでしょうか。
また、点心も伝票注文とのことで、肉饅以外を9個ずつ、肉饅を3個注文したところ、肉饅含め全て9個ずつ届き、それに加え肉饅3個（肉饅計12個）届きました。伝票をしっかり確認していただければと思います。
最後にですが、ドリンクバーの台湾フルーツティーサーバーが30分以上空で放置されていました。アイドルタイムは在庫の確認をされていないのでしょうか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入り口からワクワクでした。小籠包は普通でしたが、チャーハンや焼そばなどが美味しくて、サラサラのかき氷は珍しくてみんな楽しんでました。大盛況でした。時間無制限のプレミアムコースがゆっくりできて良いですね。また行きます。
It was exciting from the entrance. Xiaolongbao was normal, but fried rice and yakisoba were delicious, and the smooth shaved ice was rare and everyone enjoyed it. It was a great success. It's nice to have a premium course with unlimited time. I will go again.

蔓延防止対策で21時閉店になっていて、20時ラストオーダーでした。夜のバイキングもやってなくて、定食のみでした。
19時50分に入店したので、10分で美味しそうな定食から選んでオーダーし、ドリンクバーも閉めると言うことで、1時間で飲める分を取りました。
ホットティーの品揃えがすごくて、もっといろいろ試したかった(^^;
次は平日ランチブュッフェにゆっくり挑みたいと思います。

The store was closed at 21:00 to prevent the spread, and it was the last order at 20:00. I didn't have a night buffet, only a set meal.
I entered the restaurant at 19:50, so I ordered from the delicious set meals in 10 minutes and closed the drink bar, so I took enough to drink in 1 hour.
The assortment of hot tea was great and I wanted to try more (^^;
Next time, I would like to slowly challenge the lunch buffet on weekdays.
