★ ★ ★ ★ ★ USJ付近のホテルの中では特にデザートには力を入れてる印象。種類も多いしデザートのライブコーナーも有る。季節によってテーマが変わるので飽きさせない。

バラエティに富んでいて味もよく、量もたっぷりとあり、楽しい食事になりました。
予約して訪問したのでスムーズに受け渡しできて良かったです。

行かない方がいいかもしれないです。
値段のわりには普通のビュッフェレストランです。
・お客さん少なくても料理補充が間に合ってない
・タブリエを普通にお客さんの目の前で直す
・スタッフが素手でトングに触る
・手袋をしてないお客さんに声をかけない
・下げられるお皿を１時間ほど誰も下げない
・お子さまイスを準備するのを手伝わない
・目の前で客がお箸を落としても無視
・10:30閉店で大きな台車を使って
事前説明なしで10:25には端から料理台下げられる
色々疑問に思うこともありましたが、
最初からサービスを期待しすぎなければ、
全然普通だと思います。
私は期待をしていたため、２点です。
追記
久し振りに朝食ビュッフェに行きましたが、
やはりサービスの質は特に変わってません。
受付してから検温して入ったのに、
スーツの方が「受付からお願いします」と
事実確認もせずに、勘違いしてくるし
せめてまずは挨拶じゃないですかね？
「おはようございます！恐れ入りますが、受付はされましたでしょうか？」ですね。
トングを使うときに
手袋をするのを忘れてしまっていた客を見て、
20代ぐらいの女性スタッフに
「手袋使ってもらっていいですかあ？！」
「今すぐにお願いします」と威圧的に棒読み真顔で言ってくる。
客のミスだけど、
わざとじゃない客に対しての言葉の使い方に
ドン引きしました。
やっぱり近隣ホテルの方が安くて、言葉遣い、接客が丁寧。
ステーキ小さすぎませんか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11月の秋冬シーズン。時間はディナータイム。プレミアムソファシート、アルコール2時間付での利用。
デメリット
①テーブルが丸型で面積が小さく、一度に多量の食事が置けない
②秋冬の夜は寒く、厚着が必須。寒さに弱い人には絶対に向かない。
③ビュッフェ提供場所からからから1番遠く、ビュッフェを運ぶのに手間が掛かる。加えて、運び用のお盆などなく、1
皿ずつ料理を乗せてテーブルに運ぶ為、外の席だと間違いなく冷めてしまう。
メリット
①ムードはダントツトップで間違いない
②周りの目線など無く、感覚的には開放的な個室に近い。
③円形の広範囲クッションシートなので、座るのは勿論、抱き合って寝たりなど居心地がいい。
以上の点から、今回はデメリットに多く当てはまり☆2だが、個人的には夏シーズンのディナータイムや、秋冬のランチタイムに利用すれば☆5のレベル。
また、移動が手間だったり、料理を1度にテーブルに並べたい場合は、ソファシート席やハイビュー席がオススメ！

明るく落ち着いた雰囲気でブッフェ形式の朝食をいただく。料金は1人 2900円。
出入口に手指消毒用アルコールがあり、テーブル席には透明なアクリル板が設置されていて、向かい合わせの席が仕切られている。食べている時以外はマスクを、料理を取る時はビニール手袋を着用。
洋食、和食とも料理、調味料が多彩に用意されていて、食べたものはどれも美味しかったが、特に目の前で焼かれている牛肉が風味豊かで柔らかく、最高だった。フレンチトーストやビネガードリンクなども良かった。
店内はそれほど広くは見えないが、天井が高くて明るく、落ち着いた雰囲気。
安治川に面した広いテラスでも食事が出来る。
