通話中の声が聞こえない)がわからなかつたので訪問。
担当者は音量の問題だけだとの事。それでは直らなかったので訪問したが自分はテクニカルメンバーではないのでそれ以上はわからないとの事でした。あいてのトラブルを解消してあげようとの親切心は一欠片も見当たらなかった。残念な対応だった。

I couldn't hear the voice during the call), so I visited.
The person in charge is only a matter of volume. I couldn't fix it, so I visited, but I wasn't a technical member, so I didn't know any more. I couldn't find any piece of kindness to solve the trouble. It was a disappointing response.
