★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stood by the product I wanted to buy for 15 minutes and no one came to help. Ended up leaving the store and buying my product at Bic Camera instead, where I was helped within the first minute. Atrociously bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home Electronics+Home Goods+Cafe+Pharmacy+Cell Phones+Convenience Store. This mega store will help you set yourself up when you are a new American living out in town. They have a lot of everything. In 2019, other options are More's City next to the station or the Nojima Mall south of the Yokosuka Port Market. When the Aeon Mall reopens, that might be a better place based on your location. But if you live South of the base, this place is worth a visit to see if they will have what you need in the future.

Drugstore-type of items often seem to be a bit more expensive than other stores (good variety though). But we do get snacks & drinks here from time to time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of electronics from phones to laptops to tablets to washers and dryers to refrigerators, to televisions to computer parts. The have kitchen appliances and kitchen set ups and bathroom sets ups. I sat in one of those awesome massage chairs that lifted me up and almost laid me down flat as it massaged my back and legs. When I got back to my car I noticed that my phone had fallen out of my pocket and when I went back inside the street the chair my phone was sitting right there like I knew it would be
