★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2日に1回通ってます。平日昼は適度に空いてて良き。器具は一部古いですが、スタッフさんは全般的に東京のゴールドジムより親切。
I go there once every two days. It's good to have a moderate amount of space during the daytime on weekdays. Some of the equipment is old, but the staff are generally kinder than the Gold's Gym in Tokyo.
