カウンターが空いてるのに、客を立たせたまま接客する。新規契約以外カウンターに座らせるなとでも指示されてるんだろうか。
絶対二度と行かない！
The female clerk's response was awful.
Even though the counter is vacant, we serve customers with the customers standing. I wonder if they are instructed not to sit at the counter except for new contracts.
I will never go again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ キチンと研修を経たのか疑問。意思疎通出来ないスタッフさんが多すぎるため、皆下の混み合うauSHOPに行くようです。空いてるのでお年寄りで時間に制限ない方は教育して差し上げてくださいね??
I wonder if I have undergone training with Chitin. There are too many staff members who can't communicate with each other, so everyone seems to go to the crowded au SHOP. Since it is vacant, if you are elderly and have no time limit, please educate me ??

本当感謝してます。今回親戚の携帯を対応して頂きましたが、何度も何度も丁寧にプランや使い方を教えて頂きました。また少しも嫌な顔をしないで対応をして頂いたメガネをかけて頂いた男性店員に感謝してます。最初は量販店に行くつもりでしたがここでよかったです。ありがとうございました。

本当にレベルが低すぎる…最低な店舗だと思う。
