西床尾山

I climbed from the Rakanguchi of the Itoi Valley. At first, I was planning to climb from Okuyama, Toyooka City, but the trail is not clear, and I don't want the trail to be rough or easy to get lost. I made it the starting point for the Itoi Valley in Asago City. Using the free parking lot in front of the Itoi Park Administration Building, walk along the Itoigawa Forest Road Tokoo Line in the direction of "Itoi no Okatsura", and after passing "Fudo Waterfall", walk a little and you will see the trailhead on your left. There is a guide board for the waterfall. This mountain trail is good in that you can always hear the flow of water and the singing of birds along the mountain stream, but instead, you need to be careful not to fall because the stones are rugged and difficult to walk. In addition, there are several places where you can cross mountain streams, and you should come with solid shoes because you will step on stones that are wet or mossy. The road is rough, but it's not that you can't walk, and the pink tape will guide you and you won't get lost. There is a branch road to "Daisen Waterfall" on the mountain trail map on the way, but it is not recommended because it is an undeveloped beast road that can hardly be called a road. On the way, there are places like bouldering. Climb slowly and carefully as you will likely slip on a really steep slope in front of the mountaintop. The view of the mountaintop is not so good because the surrounding trees are quite stretched. If you want to spread your lunch while gazing at the scenery slowly, I think it's better to do your best to Mt. Higashidokoo.
