残念ながら、曇ってて野尻湖が見えませんでした。
ルートは登りやすい初心者向けですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 斑尾山の山頂から少し歩いたところにある大明神岳からの眺めは、とても素晴らしい。
眼下に野尻湖が見渡せ、その背後の黒姫山や飯綱山が見え、更にその奥には北アルプスの白馬岳が眺められたのには感激した。
The view from Mt. Daimeijin, a short walk from the summit of Madarao, is very wonderful.
I was overwhelmed by the fact that I could look over Lake Nojiri under the eyes, see Mt. Kurohime and Mt. Iizuna behind it, and see Mt. Hakuba in the Northern Alps behind it.

ただ簡単には晴れないらしく、居合わせた地元のガイドも景色に感激。
三月初旬、私はワカンを履いていましたが、ツボ足の方もおられました。

It is 1360m peak where the view of Lake Nojiri can be opened. As the summit of Madarao has no view at all, we recommend that you enjoy the scenery here. You can overlook the mountains of Mt. Myoko, Mt. Kurohime, and Mt. Iinawa.
