こんにゃくはもちもちトロトロぷるぷるで、そばは平麺でつるりとしており、素朴でほっとするお味でした。すべてとても美味しかったです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お婆ちゃんが、打つ平らな蕎麦が印象的なお店です。一般的な蕎麦とは食感も違い新鮮な気持ちで、蕎麦を味わえました。
ただし お蕎麦屋さんまでは、円山川沿いの大通りから山の中へ結構走って行くので途中に道があっているのか不安になりました。

単品で頼めばほとんど定食。笑
バイカーが結構集まるとの事だったが
コロナ自粛もあってか土曜の昼時なのに
お客様がまばらだった
しかし、蕎麦はうまい！
クラウドファンディングもしてるとの
事なので昔訪れた方も一度ホームページを
見て見て欲しいかな

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文してから出てくるまで少し待ちますがお蕎麦は素朴な味わいで美味しいです。野菜天200円などサイドメニューが激安。おにぎりも食べたかったなぁ。
We wait for a while until we come out after ordering, but soba is delicious by rustic taste. The side menu such as vegetable heaven 200 yen is super cheap. I also wanted to eat rice balls.

2020年11月再訪問
地元のおばさん達が運営しています。所謂「田舎そば」、美味しいです。
道の駅「やぶ」から北へおよそ10ｋｍ、もうそれ以上道はありません。
テーブル席20、座敷30 位。日曜日は11時開店から満席が1回ありました。 土日はこんでます。数回平日に訪問しましたが、空いてます。
蕎麦の量は少なめで、大盛りで良い感じ、一方おにぎりは100で超でかい。お蕎麦の普通盛とおにぎりで満足できると思います。
温かいお蕎麦も美味しい、ざるとかけそばと言うチョイスも良いかもしれません。
2020年11月追記
数年前から男性スタッフが加わり、大人数の訪問にも対応。
今回もバイク仲間13名で行ったが、提供もスムーズでした。
11：00AM（開店と同時）に行きましたが、10：00頃予約の電話をしていたのが良かったのかもしれません。

It is run by local aunts. The so-called "countryside soba" is delicious.
About 10km north of the roadside station Yabu, there is no more road.
20 table seats, 30 tatami mats. There was one full seat on Sunday from the opening at 11:00. Saturdays and Sundays are busy. I visited several times on weekdays, but it is free.
The amount of soba is small, it feels good with a large serving, while the rice balls are over 100. I think you can be satisfied with the regular serving of soba and rice balls.
Warm soba is also delicious, and the choice of Zaru and Kake soba may be good.

Male staff have been added for several years to accommodate a large number of visits.
We went with 13 bike friends this time as well, and the offer was smooth.
I went to 11:00 AM (at the same time as the store opened), but it may have been good to have made a reservation call around 10:00.

喉越しも良く、山芋を繋ぎで使っているだけあってコシもあり、とても美味しかったです。
一度ご賞味あれ!
I ordered a large serving of Zaru soba for the first time.
It had a good throat, and it was very tasty because it was chewy because it was made by connecting yams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もう一つの名水に行く前に腹拵え。
蕎麦は文句なしに旨い。
個人的に天ぷらが余り好みでは無かった。衣がもっさりしていてフリッターみたいな感じ。小鉢のこんにゃくは味が染みてて旨い。
お酒のあてに良さそう。
この後に名水で淹れる珈琲と甘い物が無ければ、蕎麦ぜんざいも食べて見たかった。この辺りを通る事があれば、また食べに来たいと思う。
Get hungry before going to another famous water.
Soba is delicious without complaint.
Personally, I didn't really like tempura. The batter is light and it feels like a fritter. The taste of konjac in a small bowl is soaked and delicious.
It looks good for sake.
If I didn't have coffee and sweets brewed in famous water after this, I would have liked to eat soba zenzai. If I pass around here, I would like to come back to eat.
