特に、担当してくださった菅野さんは、新人さんではありながらも、私達のたくさんの質問や要望に一生懸命応えてくださりました。分からないことは正直に分からないと言い、すぐに上司確認して正確な内容で答えてくれる姿勢が、とても素直で素敵な方だなあと感じました。おかげさまで私が一目惚れしていた物件を抑えることが出来ました。今は審査待ちの状態ですが、嬉しい連絡が来ることを楽しみにしております。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アパート探しでタウンハウジング横浜店さんとのやりとりをさせていただきました。
びっくりするほど最悪の対応をされました。
こちらは言われた通りに動いたり準備したりしているのですが、連絡がなかったり、謝罪もなし。お客さんのためにという気持ちは一切感じられません。
横浜店だけがそうなのかはわかりませんが、他の店舗も使いたいとは思いません。
星5をつけている方の担当の人ならよかったんだろうなぁと思います。
同じ部屋でも他の不動産会社で契約できるなら、タウンハウジングさんは選ばないことをお勧めします！
I exchanged with Town Housing Yokohama store in search of an apartment.
I was surprised at the worst response.
This is working and preparing as I was told, but I haven't heard from him or apologized. I don't feel any feelings for the customers.
I don't know if this is the case only at the Yokohama store, but I don't want to use other stores as well.
I think it would have been nice if the person in charge of the person with 5 stars was in charge.
If you can contract with another real estate company in the same room, we recommend that you do not choose Townhousing!

見学当日は、仕事とはいえ遅くまで丁寧な対応をしていただきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛想も良く、無事良い物件を決めることができましたが、その後の対応が酷すぎました。
メールをしても既読がつくだけで返信は大体２日後、急ぎの連絡があり電話をしても出ていただけず、折り返しの電話もありませんでした。
確認をしたいことがあってもメールの返信が遅く、契約書等も指定された日には送られてこなかったため、契約等も10日後になりました。
お金の振込の催促は早いくせに、こちら側が聞きたいことや契約に対して大事な事に対する対応が遅すぎるのはどうかと思います。
もう利用させていただくことはないと思います。

Even if I sent an e-mail, it was only read, and I received a reply about two days later. I was in a hurry and couldn't answer the phone, and I didn't get a call back.
Even if I wanted to confirm it, the reply to the email was late, and the contract etc. was not sent on the specified date, so the contract etc. was also 10 days later.
Although the reminder to transfer money is quick, I wonder if it is too late for us to respond to what we want to hear or what is important to the contract.
I don't think I will use it anymore.
