ようやく気になっていたお店のうどんを食べることが出来ました。名物の味噌煮込みうどんの肉玉を注文。ぐつぐつと煮える状態で運ばれ見た目すごく濃そうに見えますが思ったほど濃くなくかなり食べやすい味付けでした。 肉も柔らかくうどんも程よいコシで味噌と絡んで美味しかったです
Finally, I was able to eat the udon noodles from the restaurant I was interested in. I ordered the meat ball of the famous miso nikomi udon. It was carried in a simmering state and looked very dark, but it was not as thick as I expected and it was quite easy to eat. The meat was tender and the udon noodles were moderately chewy and delicious with the miso.

12時前に行ったら既に満席で数名並んで待っていました。 回転が早くあまり待たずに順番が来ました。 店内は広くはありませんがテーブルと座敷がありました。 店主やスタッフさんがアットホームな感じで居心地が良かったです。 中華そばとざるうどん、味噌カツ丼と玉子丼を注文。直ぐに出来上がってきました。 味噌カツ丼の味噌は甘めで超ウマ。 他の料理もホント美味しかったです。 家の近くにあったら毎日通いたいくらいでした。
When I went before 12 o'clock, it was already full and several people were waiting in line. The turn was fast and the turn came without waiting too much. The store was not large, but there were tables and tatami mats. The shop owner and staff felt at home and were comfortable. I ordered Chinese soba and Zaru udon, miso katsudon and tamagodon. It was completed immediately. The miso in the miso katsu bowl is sweet and super horse. The other dishes were really delicious. I wanted to go every day if I was near my house.

2021年11月3日にランチで初めて行きました。 その日は建中寺に行こうと思い、ついでに近隣に美味しいお店がないかとGoogle Mapsで検索したらこちらを発見し行くことに 13時頃に到着すると5組並んでおり入店まで10分程度かかりました。 店内は4名用テーブル6.座敷3あり 1名のお客様でも相席はされていませんでした。(コロナ対策?) 付き添い含め注文したのは 隠れた名物メニュー『味噌カツ丼』(600円) 看板メニュー『釜揚げうどん』(700円) 看板メニュー『味噌煮込みうどん(肉入り)』(700円) 待つこと10分前後で提供して頂きました。 『味噌カツ丼』は、こってりとした甘味噌と卵とカツが絡み、ジャンクな感じはしますが、名古屋人なら間違いなく美味しく感じると思います。 釜揚げは歯応えのある麺と出汁のきいた麺汁は想像以上に美味しく、また途中で生卵を入れて味変を楽しみました。 味噌煮込みうどんは一口程度しか頂きませんでしたが、ちょうど良い濃さで食べやすかったです。 あと何と言ってもコスパ最強かと 味噌煮込みうどんはベースで他店より300円安いと思います。 お店は「建中寺」のお膝元でもある筒井町商店街にあり、商店街自体は人影がまばらの中、創業明治35年(1902年)の超老舗として商いを続けられているのはわかる気がしました。 名古屋のソウルフードを提供する店として末長く続けて頂きたいと思います。

I ordered including an attendant Hidden specialty menu "Miso-katsu bowl" (600 yen) Signboard menu "Kamaage udon" (700 yen) Signboard menu "Miso nikomi udon (with meat)" (700 yen) It took about 10 minutes to wait for it to be provided. "Miso-katsu bowl" is entwined with thick sweet miso, eggs and cutlet, and it feels junk, but if you are a Nagoya person, you will definitely find it delicious. Kamaage udon was more delicious than I had imagined, with its crunchy noodles and crispy noodle soup, and I enjoyed the taste change by adding raw eggs on the way. I only got a bite of miso nikomi udon, but it was just right and easy to eat. After all, the cospa is the strongest Miso nikomi udon is based and I think it is 300 yen cheaper than other restaurants. The store is located in the Tsutsui-cho shopping district, which is also the base of "Kenchuji Temple", and while the shopping district itself is sparsely populated, it is the long-established store that was founded in 1902. I felt like I understood. I would like you to continue as a store that offers soul food in Nagoya for a long time.

100年を超える老舗。 土曜日の開店早々に着きましたが既に満席で少し待ちましたが、回転が良くさほど待つことはありませんでした。 海老天の味噌煮込みうどんと味噌カツ丼の小を注文。 味噌煮込みうどんはコクがありますがするするといただけます。 味噌カツ丼は小には思えない分量で、最初甘さにびっくりしましたが、これはこれで美味しく頂きました。 地元の方と観光客の比率は半々くらいに感じました。 お会計はテーブル上で精算でした。
A long-established store for over 100 years. I arrived early on Saturday, but it was already full and I waited for a while, but the rotation was good and I didn't wait much. I ordered a small miso nikomi udon and miso katsu bowl of shrimp tempura. Miso nikomi udon is rich, but you can enjoy it. The amount of miso katsudon didn't seem small, and I was surprised at the sweetness at first, but this was delicious. I felt that the ratio of locals and tourists was about half. Not your average sweet & salty miso nikomi udon, these have the slightly bitter taste of bean miso. They make their own blend. The noodles, regular thickness, are made in house. There were plenty of regulars when I visited.

Lunch only, miso nikomi stew udon, small dining place, more than 160 years of business! Long line on weekends, to avoid it, weekdays after 2pm. They have other menu but miso nikomi udon is their signature one.
