なめこおろしそばをいただきました。たっぷりのなめこと大根おろしが身体にとても優しいです。冷たいそばで喉越しも最高、身体が弱ってる時や二日酔い時にはとても良いメニューです。海老おろしが有名ですが、私はいつもこのなめこおろしばかり食べてます。つゆの濃さが絶妙に美味しいです。昼休みなしの通し営業なのも助かります。PayPay利用可能、駐車場無し(周りにパーキングメーター有り)。

I had nameko grated soba. Plenty of licking and grated radish are very gentle on the body. It's a very good menu when you're weak or have a hangover. Ebioroshi is famous, but I always eat this nameko grated. The soup is exquisitely delicious. It is also helpful to be open throughout the day without lunch break. PayPay available, no parking (parking meter around).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 錦の中に老舗の蕎麦屋さんがあるとは思いませんでした。愛知県はうどん文化なので、手打ち蕎麦屋さんは珍しいです。
今日は昼に訪れました。定食セットを注文しました。丼ものとうどん、もしくは蕎麦が付いてきます。量は多くはないですが、ランチたしては充分な量です。
丼ものの味付けよし、蕎麦も本格的、そば湯もちゃんとしてました。うどん釜と蕎麦釜とちゃんと分けていらっしゃるので安心です。
I didn't think there was a long-established soba restaurant in Nishiki. Aichi prefecture is a udon culture, so handmade soba restaurants are rare.
I visited at noon today. I ordered a set meal set. Comes with rice bowl, udon noodles, or soba noodles. The amount is not large, but it is enough for lunch.
The rice bowl was seasoned well, the soba was authentic, and the soba hot water was decent. You can rest assured that the udon kettle and the soba kettle are properly separated.

お店は栄のど真ん中、その割りに派手さ全く無し昔ながらの風情で入りやすいです?
お品書き豊富～麺類・丼物・お値打ち姫御膳定食/小丼(8種類)と小鉢麺(そば、うどん、きしめん/温冷)を選べます❗️メニューとにらめっこ凄く悩みますが、楽しいです悩むの?
次に来た時は何頼もう～かな～???

The shop is in the middle of Sakae, and for that reason it is not flashy at all and it is easy to enter with an old-fashioned atmosphere ?

錦三のえびすやにランチで行ってきました。
店内は年季の入った落ち着いた和の空間。
接客も温かく丁寧で居心地が良いですね。
お目当てのカレーメニューは豊富にあって
カレーそばとご飯をセットで注文。
◆とりカツカレーそば（1,150円）
◆ご飯（250円）
手打ち蕎麦の食感はなかなか良いですが…
肝心のカレー汁がとろみをつけすぎなので
蕎麦を美味しく啜れなかったです。
蕎麦屋らしい和風出汁は良いと思いますが
カレー丼かカレーうどん向きですね。
それより薄い衣で揚げた熱々のとりカツが
ジューシーでとても美味しかったです！！
ごちそうさまでした。
