★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山菜うどんとカレーうどんを注文しました。コシのないタイプのうどんでしたが、とても美味しかったです。コシにこだわる方はやめたほうが良いかも。昼のピークが過ぎた時間に行ったのでゆっくり食べることができました
 I ordered edible wild plants and curry udon. It was a chewy type of udon, but it was very delicious. Those who are particular about stiffness may be better off. I went there after the peak of the day so I was able to eat slowly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平たく細めの手打ちうどんで、麺は柔らかいです。
あっさりとした出汁で美味しい。
麺が多目なのかな、満足しました。
3台くらい停められる駐車場が店の北側にあります。
そうそう、出汁が丁度いい温度で、熱くてなかなか食べれなかったり、汗かいたりすることがありませんでした。
高齢の夫婦二人でやっておられます。
The noodles are soft and flat and thin, handmade udon noodles.
The soup stock is light and delicious.
I was satisfied with the number of noodles.
There is a parking lot on the north side of the store where about 3 cars can be parked.
Oh yeah, the soup stock was at just the right temperature, and it was so hot that I couldn't eat it easily or sweat.
It is done by two elderly couples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カレーうどんとわさびうどんをいただきました。旨し❢「お急ぎの方ご遠慮下さい」と入口の横に書いてありまして、タイミング悪いとそれなりに待ち時間ができますが、注文を受けてから茹でるので諦めましょう。その待ち時間もきっと美味しさを引き立てますよ。
I had curry udon and wasabi udon. It says ❢ "Please refrain from hurrying" next to the entrance, and if the timing is not right, you can wait for a while, but let's give up because it will be boiled after receiving the order. The waiting time will surely bring out the deliciousness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平たい麺でやおいがもっちりとしているのでぶつぶつ切れず食感も良くツルッと喰える。
とろろこんぶが入る事により出汁も更に旨くなる気がする。
普通の店より作るのに時間がかかるが気にしない。
The flat noodles have a chewy yaoi so they don't crumble and have a nice texture and can be eaten smoothly.
I feel that the soup stock will be even better with the addition of tororo kelp.
It takes longer to make than a normal store, but I don't mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのうどんの麺は平打でとても柔らかく、量が多いので腹持ちも良いです。今回食べたのは山かけうどんで、とろろと一緒に生わさびが添えてあり、ツンとした後味がクセになります。
The udon noodles here are flat and very soft, and the amount is large, so you can feel hungry. This time I ate Yamakake Udon, which is served with raw wasabi along with tororo, and has a addictive aftertaste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カレーうどんを注文しましたがものすごく柔らかな麺のうどんです。具材がゴロゴロ入っててお腹いっぱいになります。
近くに3〜4台停められる駐車場がありますが、めちゃくちゃ狭いです。大きめの車は近くのコインパーキングで停める事をお勧めします。奥に停めて手前にセダンタイプの車に駐車場されると出られなくなる可能性あり！
I ordered curry udon, but it's a very soft noodle udon. The ingredients are lumpy and you will be full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 稲庭うどんのような喉越しですが、こちらは生麺。その日の気温湿度に合わせ打ち具合を変えるという。肉うどんかと思うくらいのカレーうどん。出汁香るかけうどん。夏は冷やしうどん、ざる、とどれもおススメ！！（あと2年くらいでお店閉める、とか。弟子入りしたい。）
It's like Inaniwa udon, but this is raw noodles. It is said that the hitting condition will be changed according to the temperature and humidity of the day. Curry udon that I think is meat udon. A small little Udon place, with seats at the counter, table or on tatami. The curry udon was very good, with just a little bit of spiciness, but not to much. It is a small place, cozy with big portions and reasonable prices. The master has a strict face, but don't be fooled, he is just concentrating on his work, he is a nice fella. :-)
