今日は朝ごはんをしっかりと食べたのに、何故か早い時間から目が回るほどの空腹感に襲われ、まだお昼にはかなり早い時間に飛び込んできました?

いつもならお隣りのラーメン屋さんなのですが、まだお仕事の途中なので気分的にも軽めに。
という割には頼んだのは「坦々うどん(¥800)」?
コチラのうどん屋さんはお隣りのラーメン屋さんと経営母体が一緒なので、坦々スープの美味しさに間違いはないと思っての注文です。
他にお客様がほとんどいなかったので、ほどなく着丼となりました。
どうです…
うどん麺を見なければ普通に美味しそうな坦々麺のビジュアルですね。

うん、間違いなし！
お隣りさんの美味しい坦々スープそのままです?
このスープ、フードコートのレベルを凌駕する、かなり美味しい一杯です。
それにしても白髪ねぎの量、爆盛りなみです。
食べても食べてもネギまみれ?
まるで坦々ネギの世界でした?
坦々麺と違うところは肉?
ラーメン屋さんではチャーシューでしたが、此方は肉うどん用の甘辛煮の牛肉。
これがピリ辛のスープに絡んで独特の美味しさを醸し出しています。
このたっぷりの白髪ねぎとお肉をお菜にご飯があったら最高ですね。
お隣さんにはしょっちゅう来ているのに此方へは初めて。
あらためてメニューを見ると、けっこうリーズナブルな価格設定。
ラーメンもいいけど、うどんもね…

At the ramen shop, it was char siu, but this is sweet and spicy beef for meat udon.
This is associated with the spicy soup and creates a unique taste.
It would be great to have rice with this generous amount of white-haired green onions and meat as a side dish.
