やっと見つけました!
９年前のお正月に、つぶあんを見つけました(主人はつぶあんしか食べないので…)それ以降、店舗の位置を忘れて毎年探していました。
今年、微かな記憶を辿って駅前方向に歩いていて、やっと見つけました!
元旦から店先で、ご主人？が手焼きされていて甘い匂いが…
お母さんの対応も温もりを感じて良い感じ。
つぶあん好きな方は、是非おすすめします。

I finally found you!
I found red bean paste on New Year's Day nine years ago (because my husband only eats red bean paste ...), and since then I have forgotten the location of the store and searched every year.
This year, I followed a faint memory and walked toward the station, and finally found it!
From New Year's Day at the storefront, your husband? Is hand-baked and has a sweet smell ...
It feels good to feel the warmth of the mother's response.
If you like bean paste, I highly recommend it.

駅から近いため、列車の待ち時間に気軽に訪れることができます。源氏巻を店内で食べたいと申し出たら、焼きたてを出していただきました。外側の皮がカリッとしており、出来たてでなければ味わえない食感でした！
お茶もセルフサービスで飲ませていただき、暑い中歩いた身体にはとてもありがたかったです。
2020.8 Visit
Since it is close to the station, you can easily visit it while waiting for the train. When I offered to eat Genji Maki in the store, I was served freshly baked. The outer skin was crispy and had a texture that could only be tasted if freshly made!
I also enjoyed tea as a self-service, and I was very thankful for the body I walked through in the heat.

その名も「名菓 マリア聖堂」です。
キリシタン殉教の地である津和野 乙女峠に因んで作られた焼きドーナツにチョコレートがコーティングされている洋菓子です。
和菓子屋さんの洋菓子ですから、普通のドーナツとは少し違い、どこか懐かしい優しい味です。
和菓子よりは日保ちもしますし、クリスチャンの方へのお土産には最適です。
1個から気軽に購入出来ますし、箱入りもあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店主の山本さんが、店頭で源氏巻を焼いてる姿を見学することができます。
生地を同じ長さ・均一な厚みで広げる、片手で掴んだ餡がほぼ同じ重さ・焼き加減も均等・薄い生地をクルリと巻いていく姿は正に職人芸です。
持ち帰り用に箱に入ってるものが売っていますが、希望すれば焼きたて(つぶあん・こしあん どちらにも柔軟に対応してくれます。)をその場で食べることもできます。
津和野町を訪れた際は是非足を運んでいただき、まずはいい匂いにつられながら職人芸を見てください。そしてご賞味ください。とても美味しいですよ。我が家は津和野町を訪れたら必ず買うようになってしまいました。

Spreading the dough with the same length and uniform thickness, the bean paste grasped with one hand has almost the same weight, the degree of baking is even, and the appearance of rolling the thin dough around is truly a craftsmanship.
They are sold in boxes for take-out, but if you wish, you can also eat freshly baked bean paste (which can flexibly handle both bean paste and red bean paste) on the spot.
When you visit Tsuwano Town, please come visit us and see the craftsmanship while being scented by the good smell. And please enjoy it. It's very delicious. Whenever I visit Tsuwano Town, my family always buys it.

凄く美味しかったので、再び山本さんの源氏巻を買いに行きましたけど、店休日でした。
どこで買っても一緒だろうと他店で買いましたが、味が違うんですね。
私は山本風味堂の味が好きなので、山本さんでしか買わなくなりました。
いつまでも食べたいので、これからも頑張って下さい。

I bought it at another store, no matter where I bought it, but the taste is different.
