★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老夫婦がやっている昔の食堂という感じ。 この店のウリである、びっくりうどんは京風けつねうどんのようにお揚げさんが細かく切って入っているもので、コシのあるうどんと 独特なお汁が相まって感慨深い味わいがあります。ただ、定食の丼ぶりものは今いちかと…。すいません！あくまでも個人的な意見ですので。
It feels like an old restaurant that an old couple is doing. Burikkuri udon, which is the cucumber of this restaurant, is a finely-divided fried dish like the Kyoto-style ketsune udon, and it has a deep flavor with a combination of firm udon and unique soup. However, I don't think the bowl of set meal is good enough... Excuse me! It's just a personal opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オートレース場そばの通りから一本入った場所にある昭和のうどん食堂。お店に一歩入れば昭和そのままの世界がそこにはあった。
この日の日替わりAはうどんちょうちん丼？とチキンカツ。日替わりBはうどんとアジフライ定食またはイカフライ定食だった。ほかにも700円前後のランチがいろいろある。
メニューが多い。うどん屋というよりは食堂って感じで、ラーメンやすき焼きまである。しかも安い。
醤油ラーメン(570円)の薄にごりのスープは豚ガラ主体？動物系のダシみたいだけど、くさみなどもなくキレイなお味。多めのオイルで舌触りもなめらか、そして熱々。
黄色みがかった細麺もハリがあっておいしい。ノスい食堂にありがちな麺のダレ感もなく、これで570円はだいぶ安いと思える一杯。
別皿のネギもじつに新鮮でみずみずしい。気になるにおいなど皆無。良心的で真面目なラーメン。
ご主人も奥様？もそこそこご高齢だけど、シャキッとして活気がある感じ。笑顔もよかった。ぜひいつまでも・・こうしてお元気でお店に立っていてほしいなあと思ったよ。(2019/06/16 訪問)
Showa udon restaurant located just off the street near the auto race track. Once you step into the store, you will find the world of Showa as it is.
Is the daily A of this day a udon lantern bowl? And chicken katsu. Daily B was udon and fried squid set meal or squid fried set meal. There are various other lunches around 700 yen.
There are many menus. It's more like a cafeteria than a udon restaurant, with ramen and sukiyaki. Moreover, it is cheap.
Is the soup of soy sauce ramen (570 yen) mainly made of pork? It looks like an animal-based dashi stock, but it has a beautiful taste with no dashi. With a lot of oil, the texture is smooth and hot.
The yellowish thin noodles are also firm and delicious. There is no dripping feeling of noodles that is common in nostalgic dining rooms, and 570 yen is a cup that seems to be quite cheap.
The green onions on another plate are really fresh and fresh. There is no odor to worry about. Conscientious and serious ramen.
Is your husband also your wife? I'm pretty old, but it feels crispy and lively. The smile was also good. By all means, I wanted you to stand in the store in good spirits like this. (Visit 2019/06/16)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ボリュームがあって、優しい味のうどんだが、店内のタバコのニオイがすごい。オートレースのお客さんが多いからか。店主が率先してタバコ吸っているから仕方ないが。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安く手軽にお腹を満たせるお店です。店主様のお孫様が飼育為さっていたとか仰ってた言う、水槽の中のお魚が、恐ろしく巨大で驚かされました。

昔ながらの定食屋さんな感じです。
食べながらテレビ見てゆっくり食事させていただきました。
ご夫婦でやられていました。
月曜の夕方でしたが、チラチラお客さんも来てました。

この器は生まれて初めて見ました着丼時のインパクト大。
揚げ物はサクッと揚げられていて、つゆは関東風のしょっぱい系で麺はモチモチしてます。
何故か刻みネギだけ小皿で別に出てきましたw
お値打ち価格で量も多目だし普通に美味かったですが、喫煙可なのでマイナス1点しました。
