麺の裁断機？が、うどんの今田を思い出させます。
出汁はぬるめで、麺は平打ち風。
個人的には悪くないと思います。
When I go to Masuda for work, I stop by.
Noodle cutting machine? However, it reminds me of Udon Imada.
The soup stock is lukewarm and the noodles are flat.
I personally don't think it's bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小さい頃から今でも実家に帰る度に行かして貰ってます。注文入ってからうどんを切って(マシンが)から茹でます。平打ちっぽいうどんで汁に絡んで美味しいです。是非！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ めんがとても特徴的です。お店の外にはさぬきうどんって書かれてますが、その範疇を超えたうどんです。美味しいです。スープも絶妙な塩梅で自然と最後まで飲み干せます。
益田でランチを探すなら、絶対にオススメです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 釜揚げうどん大700円を食べた。丸亀製麺を何度か食べているので、それが基準となるが、味は良いにしても量と値段が残念だった。麺は素人が打った感があり、しなやかさとツルツル感が無い。やがて丸亀製麺が出店してくるだろうが、大きな影響を受けると思う。丸亀製麺なら釜揚げうどん?大を食べても530円で量も1.5倍あるから。その後、食べ直しに豊味軒のラーメンを食べて落ち着いた。
