★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元祖どんどん。地元出身の同僚のお勧めで、12時頃訪ねてみました。平日でも、お客さんは次次来店してました。かやくご飯が炊きたてで美味しいよ!と、お店の方のおすすめもあり、うどん定食をいただきました。とってもおいしくて、つゆまで完食! ネギもたっぷりで大満足でした。次はわかめおにぎりも食べに行きたいです。
 The original steadily. At the recommendation of a colleague from my hometown, I visited around 12:00. Even on weekdays, customers came to the store one after another. The restaurant recommended that the rice be cooked and delicious, so I had a udon set meal. It was very delicious and I had a complete meal until the soup! I was very satisfied with the plenty of green onions. Next time I want to go eat wakame rice balls.

店のなかはあんまり広くないです。
かつ丼が、美味しい！
親子丼若芽うどんセットが、結構人気で、売り切れますので、なるべく12時までに食べに行った方がよいです。
てか昼時に東萩駅徒歩圏内で、食べられるお店が少なすぎます！！?
萩市には、観光を自治体政策の施策で復活させろ！！

どんどんの本店なのかな?
入店時はそうでもなかったけど祭日と言う事で15時過ぎても続々と来店されてます。
注文から配膳までとてもスピーディー！
ネギはおかわり自由！
暑い時も寒い時もうどんは美味い?

13時すぎ平日に伺ったが、結構混んでいました。
両親から聞いていたが、山口のうどんは少し柔らかめらしく、食べたらたしかに柔らかい麺。
ただ、博多のうどんほどではない。
柔らかいけどフニャフニャってわけじゃなくてもちっと弾力があって美味しいものでした。
お出汁は優しい鰹出汁な感じ。
(母曰く、どんどんはここの店舗の出汁が1番美味しいとのこと)
私は肉玉うどんをたべたので、肉に味付けされた甘い醤油の味が出汁と合わさって美味しかった。
卓上には一味唐辛子と荒く刻まれた唐辛子の用意があり。一味唐辛子、結構辛めでよい。
ネギがおかわり自由なのは良い。
写真はネギ2個分。
気軽に寄れる雰囲気がとてもよく、地元の方に愛されるお店であることが伺えました。

I visited on weekdays after 13:00, but it was quite crowded.
As I heard from my parents, Yamaguchi udon is a little soft, and when I eat it, it's definitely soft noodles.
However, it is not as good as Hakata udon.
It was soft, but it wasn't fluffy, but it was a little elastic and delicious.
The soup stock feels like a gentle bonito stock.
(My mother says that the soup stock from this store is the most delicious.)
I ate meat ball udon, so the taste of sweet soy sauce seasoned with meat was delicious with the soup stock.
There is a gang of chili peppers and roughly chopped chili peppers on the table. The chili peppers are quite spicy.
It is good that the green onions are free to refill.

The atmosphere is very nice and you can easily drop by, and I heard that it is a shop loved by the locals.

東萩駅から近いですが駐車場もそこそこ広いです。
最初にカウンターでメニューを注文して、食券を受け取ってから着席する形になります。
ただ着席して水を汲んでいる間に持ってきてくださったので、食券いるんか？ってくらい早かったです。
営業開始が早く、しかも朝は一部お得になるメニューがあるためか、9時台に行ったにもかかわらずお客さん多かったです。
あとはここの特徴はネギがおかわり自由ということでしょうか。
値段もお手頃で普通に美味しいです。山口を訪れた際にはぜひ一度は！
It is a chain store of udon that operates mainly in Yamaguchi prefecture.
It is close to Higashi-Hagi station, but the parking lot is fairly large.
You will first order the menu at the counter, receive your meal ticket, and then sit down.
I just brought it while I was seated and drawing water, so do you have a meal ticket? It was so early.
There were many customers even though I went to the 9 o'clock level, probably because the business started early and there was a menu that was partly profitable in the morning.
Another feature here is that the green onions are free to refill.
The price is reasonable and it is usually delicious. Don't miss it when you visit Yamaguchi!
