醤油ラーメン780円 太麺、普通 平日夜に伺いましたが、ガラガラですが味はレベル高いです。 スープは出汁がでてます。 麺は硬めで満足。 豚も醤油がしっかり染みたロース肉ですかね? 味噌と汁なしも食べてみたいですね。 口コミにあるように食券買った後におじさんから大きな声で聞かれますが全く聞こえません。麺の太さとトッピングを答えましょう! 汁なし880円 太麺、普通 前回同様金曜夜に訪問です。今日は満席にならない程度に混んでました。 味や麺のワシワシ感など満足です。 デフォルトでチーズも入っていてお得感もあります。 豚はそれほど良くありませんでしたが、営業時間も長く気軽に二郎系を食べられるのでまた来たいです。

Very good jiro ramen, although the tsukemen broth is mostly fat and oil. The pork, like almost every ramen shop on earth, is unfortunately served pretty cold, so putting it in the broth immediately is a must, although if you order tsukemen, you might be turned off at dipping fatty pork in oil to heat. Or maybe you’d love it? Either way, I probably won’t frequent the place, but mostly because I’m not a big fan of oily broths.
