渡	渡海征司郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味玉中華そばいただきました。日曜日の開店直後におじゃましました。以前から気になってたお店です。小規模のチェーン展開をされてますね。店内に入ると先ずは食券。食券機から発する音で気づいた店員さんから『いらっしゃいませ』の一言?食券を渡して待っていると別の店員さんが入店。そのままスルー?おいおい?意識が低いなぁ。6分程で着丼です。見た目はごく普通の中華そば。先ずはスープ。動物系の出汁ですかね。癖のないあっさり系。後味に若干の甘味が。気になるほどでは無いですね。麺は色から察すると全粒粉？ですかね。ツルツル感はありませんが風味は感じれます。量も若干多めに感じます。チャーシューはしっかりめの食感。味玉に味が無いのが残念。個人的な感想としては可もなく不可もなく、普通に美味しい中華そばですかね。インパクトは無いのが少々寂しいかなぁ…でも、コスパの良さに満足しつつ、ごちそうさまでした。 I had Ajitama Chinese noodles. V	VILLAIN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firm and chewy noodles, perfectly matches the brooth. The egg was very soft and the chashu delicious. In the end when you still have a bit soup you can add hot water and drink the rest.
A	Alex Shyu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good stable ramen place to have in your neighborhood. Flavor is delicious but not too rich. Has some fair amount of vegetables in the ramen instead all meat. The spices or spicy oil that can be added to the ramen are very fragrant and appetizing. If this place were any closer to our apartment we would eat it a lot more often, whenever we don't feel like cooking. Never too crowded and staff is so far discrete and polite, not like in most chains you can feel staff is stressed or in a bad mood. Feels like a well-run business.
