★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a place you must go if you are a Kamen Rider fan. Tetsuo Kurata (Kamen Rider Black) is so fantastic and gladly meets with fans as long as you aren't obnoxious about it. He is simply fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think most of foreigner wants to meet tetsuo san while they enjoy the food. But don't expecting too much. Even a day before you call the shop and they confirm tetsuo san will come, at least in my exp.he did not come. Another side of omotenashi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great dinner by ordering the Black Steak and a dessert. The food was very good and the staff were great! They were very polite and kind.
The decoration of place is also a highlight and if you are a Kamen Rider fan, maybe “with some luck”, you can take a picture with Tetsuo Kurata himself. In my case it was my birthday and Mr. Kurata took a picture with me and even wished me a happy birthday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's small bar with restaurant and they serve non vegetarian food only. You can find Indian option here.overall the food is not great but the environment is lively in weekend evening. If you are a group of friends want eat,talk and drink then this place suits you.
