宮	宮崎敏也 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 木場で以前より気になっていたラーメン屋さん。本日、お昼時１３時頃伺いました。先客数名いましたが、手前のカウンターに着座。メニューを見ると、左側から塩ラーメン、右側に醤油ラーメンでしたので、こちらは塩ラーメンがお薦めなのか？と思い、塩チャーシュー麺¥900を注文。数分で着丼、先ずはスープ！ニンニクがきいた塩スープ、チャーシュー麺だけあり、バラ肉のチャーシューが結構乗り、柔らかく旨い。こちらは、夜は呑みながらの、つまみも色々あるので、この緊急事態宣言が解除されたら、夜にも伺ってみたい。 A ramen shop that I was more interested in in Kiba than before. h	hi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンぷん楽木場。昼過ぎに訪問｡お客さん一人だけでした。肉汁つけ麺とサービスライスを注文｡途中から店主の親父が電話しながら店外に出て行きました。お姉さんが最後に仕上げて提供して頂きました。麺は太麺、麺がやや茹で過ぎか柔らかくなり過ぎでした。シコシコよりもっちり感です。刻み海苔がトッピングされいましたが、食べると汁と中華麺では合わないと感じました。肉汁がかなり濃い目豚肉で脂多目ですし、旨さが半減されてしまいそうです。刻み海苔は、遠慮します。つけ汁と豚肉でライス、美味いです。麺もつけ汁からのオンザライスも美味いです。つけ汁最後に残ってしまいましたが、追いスープくれないんですね。やはりつけ麺には、追いスープ普通に提供してますよね。残念です。ご馳走様でした。 Ramen Pun Raku Kiba. m	mine gao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタンダードなラーメン屋さんかと思いきや、メニューを見たら正油系と塩系の個性的なラインナップ。初めてなので正油ラーメンを頼みました。ランチタイムはライスサービスとのこと。スープは濃そうに見えますが、決してしょっぱくはなく、正油の旨味しっかり&生姜でスッキリな飲みやすい感じ。コシのある中太麺ともよく合います。 630円でちょい厚、大きめのチャーシューもうれしいです。口に入れるとホロホロと崩れ、ライスによく合いました。スープもほとんど飲んでしまい、あっという間に完食、腹八分目でちょうど満足。煮干し、肉汁、塩パクチー、塩カレー、ホワイトタンタンも気になったので、次回以降チャレンジしていこうと思います。 I thought it was a standard ramen shop, but when I looked at the menu, I found a unique lineup of soy sauce and salt.
