午前中に数件の内見をしましたがしっくりくるものがなく、新たな物件探しをして再度別物件の内見をさせていただきました。
2回目の内見は夕方過ぎの急なお願いにも関わらず、即時に対応いただき、おかげさまで良い物件に巡り会うことができました。
お忙しい中、1日中ご対応いただきありがとうございました。また近辺で物件を探す機会があれば、お願いしたいと思っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仲介者のという視点で色々と物件は紹介して頂けましたが、提案内容は悪く、こちらの意図を理解して提案頂くことに日数がかかりました。
特に管理会社との調整力がありませんでした。
今後、タウンハウジングでの物件探しはやめた方がいいと感じました。

In the future, I felt that it would be better to stop looking for properties in town housing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結構前の話ですが仲介手数料を二重取りされていることに気がついて店頭へ伺いましたがその時の応対スタッフの方から謝罪の一言も無く後で電話しますの一言で済ませられました。
その後無事返金されましたが返金時に連絡もなく、気がついたら返金されてた…という有様。だいぶあとになって本社の方から一応諸々についての謝罪はありましたがここの店舗からは一切なかったので以後引越しする時があっても絶対にここは二度と行きません。
