A person who lives in an apartment managed by Able. The address of the apartment on the contract document was also different, and when I called at 10:00 on weekdays, I was told that "customers are coming and I'm busy". It was so suspicious that I called the real estate agent who originally handled the property, confirmed the amount, and negotiated the amount, so I decided to sign the contract there. Then, I received an incoming call from the ABLE store manager here. Even if I ignored it once, I was struck dozens of times without a second. When I had no choice but to go out, I was angry with "Why did you sign a contract with another real estate agent ?! It's the worst. Do you know what you did ?!" I'll give you sloppy property materials, I'll obscure the confirmation of the amount, I'll just approach the contract ... Who will contract there? What's more, it's a demon electric and angry ... Which is the worst? It is not a one-employee response, but the store manager here responded to it, so it is really better not to use ABLE here. Such a person is the store manager ... It's really bad. By the way, in my case, it was the store manager's response from the beginning to the end. At first, he is kind and makes a voice that seems to be thinking about various things, but when he does not do what he wants, his true nature comes out. It feels bad and scary to remember now. I definitely do not recommend it.
