こちらの話を遮って話をし、まだこちらから話があるにも関わらず電話を向こうから切られてしまいました。適当すぎる対応、仕事ができない男性店員。改善していただきたいです。

説明の仕方もお上手でとてもいい部屋をピックアップしてくださりとっても楽しい時間でした。
残念ながらこちらの都合で部屋を借りませんでしたが、また機会があれば案内していただきたいなと思いました！

こちらが遅れて到着してしまったのもあるのですがまず初めてお会いするのに挨拶もなしにいきなり名刺を渡され、では行きましょう。
怒っているのか不機嫌なのかさっさと車に向かいダルいってオーラ丸出し。
最初の対応が酷すぎて折角いい物件だなと思ってもこの人に任せたくないです。
サービス業、ましてや営業職でこの対応はお客様の前に立たせるべきではありません。
女性スタッフの対応が良かっただけに悪目立ちしてました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引っ越しは10回以上経験してますが、ここまで丁寧な対応は初めてで驚きました。対応してくださった方がたまたま良い方だったのかもしれませんが、今回は終始安心して引っ越しの準備や手続きを進める事ができました。
特に内見の際には、私や家族が気づかなかった設備に関する部分を積極的に問題提起してくださり、気になったところをオーナー様へ確認頂いたり等、親身になって対応いただけた事がとても嬉しかったです。
