★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 精神の病を持った方の居場所になるという指針の通り、施設の居心地自体は大変良かったです。
しかし居場所作りに労力を割きすぎていること、また皆長期の利用を勧められるので施設は常に満員状態、その日を回すのが手一杯で就労に人的リソースを回す余裕がなく、現状維持で就労を後回しにされている印象でした。
結果的に長いブランクを作る事になりました。そのため、良くしてくださった事を考えると心苦しいですが低評価になります。
The comfort of the facility itself was very good, as per the guideline of becoming a place for people with mental illness.
However, the facility is always full because we are devoting too much effort to creating a place to stay, and everyone is encouraged to use it for a long time, so we can not afford to devote human resources to work because we are full of the day, so we work with the status quo. It was an impression that I was put off.
As a result, I ended up making a long blank. Therefore, it is painful to think that it has improved, but it will be evaluated low.
