★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引越しに向けての行動が遅く、なかなか無理のあるスケジュールになっていたのですが、親身に物件の提案や、その後のスケジュールをこちらの要望に添えるようにと動いていただきとてもありがたかったです。
自分は他の人よりも決まっていない部分が多かったのにも関わらず解決策をいくつか用意いただき様々提案、動いていただきました。
本当にありがたかったです。
 The action for moving was slow and the schedule was quite unreasonable, but I was very grateful for the kindness of the move to propose the property and to add the schedule after that to this request.
Even though I had more undecided parts than other people, I had some solutions prepared and various suggestions and actions were taken.
I was really grateful.

来店時に無理矢理評価をさせられました。
その後の対応が悪かったので、評価を下げます。
新人らしき人が担当だったのですが、
・こちらに手間を掛けさせようとする
・契約済みの住居を確認させてくれない
・連絡すると約束したのに連絡がない
・謝らない
と、最低な対応でした。
新人教育がなってないのではないでしょうか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当営業さんは忙しい中でも部屋探しを大変頑張ってくれたので良い印象もあり、スケジュールの関係もあったので引越しもタウン引越しサービスに頼んだけどコレが大失敗。規定以外やらないと何度も言われ全然融通が聞かない。こんな嫌な思いをする引越しは初めてでした。引越し料金も他より高いのにサービスも悪い。引越し業者は期間に余裕をもって他で探したほうが良い。
The sales person in charge worked very hard to find a room even though I was busy, so I had a good impression, and because of the schedule, I asked for the town moving service, but this was a big failure. I was told many times that I wouldn't do anything other than the regulations, and I didn't hear any flexibility. It was the first time for me to move with such an unpleasant feeling. The moving fee is higher than others, but the service is poor. Moving companies should look elsewhere with plenty of time.

公式LINEでやりとりができ仕事の合間でも対応できたこともよかったです。

引越しまでの日数も少なく、条件も厳しかったため決められるか不安だったのですが、とても真摯になって物件を探していただき、即時に物件が決まりました。
引越しに際しての不安や相談事にも親身になって耳を傾けて下さり、ここにお願いしてよかったと思いました。
担当の大村様をはじめ、店舗の方々はいつ伺っても明るく親切に対応いただき、とても安心しておまかせ出来ました。
