★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日建企画が仲介した物件に住んでいますが、アフターケアが全くなっていない。入居時にガスコンロの具合が悪いので申し出ても対応してくれない。大家よりの仕事しかしていない。入居者の立場で考えてくれない。今回もアンテナにビニールが巻きついて風でバタバタうるさく、且つ目視で確認したら折れそうなので取り去って下さい、と電話したら「今コロナの時期なので動けません」と答える始末。例えば業者に手配しますが混み合っているので、時間がかかります、ならまだ分かるが、やろうとしない姿勢に腹が立つ。やる気がなさ過ぎる。物件に客を入れたら「はい、さよなら」の会社です。
