とても愛着のある家だったので、気持ちよく次のオーナーさんに引き渡すことが出来て、大変満足しています。
売却は初めてで不安で一杯でしたが、所長さん・担当の営業さんに親身に対応頂き、安心して手続きを終えることが出来ました。
査定に際してどこの仲介会社も情報を提示されますが、鷺沼センターから頂いた資料はレベルが高く納得できる内容でした。
チラシ配布やWebサイト掲示などの営業活動は、事前に狙いや進め方を説明頂き、反響情報はすぐに報告、改善があればその提案、とサイクルを回して進めていることが良く理解出来ました。
コロナウイルスの拡大期で、当方の引越し都合もあり、Web掲示や内覧時期を変更してしまいましたが、柔軟に対処頂き助かりました。
煩雑な事務手続きについても、丁寧な手引きを用意頂いたので、間違いや漏れもなく円滑に進められました。
不動産売買の予定があれば、一度ご相談されることをお勧めします。

結果、かなり早い時期にかつ予想上限にほぼ近い額で売却の取引を成立する事が出来た。
売却のタイミングだけは神のみぞ知るかもしれないがそこに至るまでのプロセス、営業努力は大いに感じたし確かにあった。それも強引ではなく事実に基づきプラス面マイナス面をきちんと伝える明るい営業だった。もちろんこれはビジネスではあるけど、私を担当してくれた鷺沼センターの営業の方々、所長も含めて本当に良い人達に出会えた。特にこの時代サービスの良し悪しは究極には会社ではなく個人になると思うけど、会社が有名だからそこに頼むのではなく個人がいいからその会社がいいと思えるのは素晴らしいことだと思う。
こういう方々が所属する三井のリハウスには賛辞を送りたいし感謝したい。

そこまで高額な物件ではなかったものの、こちらの要望をしっかりと聞いてくださり、納得のいく買い物ができました。
営業担当の方の人柄は(単純比較はできませんが)今までお会いした営業担当の中で一番良かったです。
また、売買契約が終わった後もいろいろ手配いただき、安心して引っ越しの日を迎えることができました。
