★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前風邪をひき熱もあり喉があまりにも痛くて当時住んでた場所が近くだったので行きました。
引っ越したばかりで住所をはっきり覚えていませんでしたので、1つ地名を抜かして住所を書いてしまいました。それだけの事なのに、怒鳴られこんなんで住所と言えるかバカと。その時点で弱っている私的には涙。
診察も酷く、たかが風邪で病院に来るなと怒られました。あまりにも対応が酷すぎて泣きました。それくらいで泣くなとまた怒られ…
なんのための病院だと元気な私なら言い返すとこです。
内服を出していただきましたが結局悪化するばかりで声も出なくなりました。その後別の病院にかかると声帯結節ができており、なんでもっと早く来なかったの？と言われたほどでした。当時のバイトや学校生活で非常に苦痛な日々を過ごしました。
1ヶ月以上まともに喋れずその後も風邪気味になると声が出ないことがあります。
診療ミス、医療ミスと私の中では認識しております。
こんな酷いところが今もやってるだなんて信じられません。もう1回出直して欲しいです。有り得ません。

いろいろ相談したい人はあまり向いてない。
でも今出ている症状を早くおさめたい、「治療」をしたい人にはピッタリだと思います。(薬のチョイスが良い)
何か所か行ったけどここに行ってすぐ治りましたよ。

鼻の中に綿棒を入れて検体を取る際に、
「我慢してねー俺だってやりたくないよー、でも強くやれって言われてるんだから仕方ねーよなー、でも奥までは入れないからねー。」と話しかけてもらっている間に終わりました。
結局コロナではなく、免疫力が落ちていたことによる発熱でしたが、「一人暮らし？家族と住んでるのね？ならいいわ。ちゃんと水分取ってね、家で一人で冷たくなってるなんて先生嫌だからね〜？」とおしゃべりしてくれました。
ハマる人にはハマる、ハマらない人にはハマらないと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナの疑いがあり、センターからこちらの病院を紹介されていきました。結果、みなさんのレビューにある通りでした。検査の結果は陰性でしたが高熱が出ていたので、そのままインフルの検査に移る際に医師から「インフルの検査もしないとだな、めんどくせぇな」と言われました。挙げ句の果てにインフルの検査の後、赤ちゃん言葉で、「鼻痛いのによく頑張りマチタネ〜」と頭をぽんぽんされ、気持ち悪るさとバカにしたような態度に怒りを覚えました。
次の日になっても容体があまり回復しないので他の病院に行き、前日の話を聞いてもらった上で、処方された薬を見てもらったら、薬の量も足りていないことが判明しました。
このあたりでは、対応が悪いことで有名な病院のようです。
レビューが良い人もいるのでハマる人にはハマるのでしょうが、二度と診てもらうことはないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テキパキと対応していただいてほとんど待たず、お薬も院内で出してもらえて、なおかつ早朝から対応していただけます。他の医院は開院が早くても9時過ぎるので、とてもありがたいです。
対応が酷いとか不機嫌とか、感じなかったです。先生はジョークを交えてお話する方なんだと思います。受付の方も看護師さんも親切でした。

一昨日発熱、その後平熱と37.5℃以上の間を行き来している状態です。
発熱当初は身体の痛みや頭痛もあり、濃厚接触者ということもあってコロナ感染を疑いました。
朝6:30から空いているということで、発熱外来の予約をしようと6:30に電話をしたところ院長らしき男性が出て「熱は何度ありますか？」と一言。「今は37.4℃です」と答えると「37.5℃以上になったらまた電話してください」と言って一方的に電話を切られました。
さすがにイラッときたので再度かけ直し「37.5℃以上なければ一般内科を受診していいということですか?」と尋ねると院長らしき人物が「花粉症とかある？」「そんな感じなら風邪薬でも飲んで、様子を見てください」と言われて、また電話を切られました。
発熱外来を求めて川崎市のコールセンターに電話しましたが、こんな病院、ただでさえ熱で苦しんでいる人に紹介しない方がいいと思います。

やたらとたくさん薬出す病院とは違うので、子供も安心して診てもらってます。
仕事などで寝てられないから症状抑えたいと言えば薬くれました。
ある時、不安症に悩んで何件か心療内科へ行ったのですが治らず、こちらの先生に何かのついでにちょろっと話したところ、他院処方のアレルギー薬が原因だとわかりました。
以後、アレルギーや皮膚科もこちらで診てもらうようになりました。
赤ちゃん育児中なのに体調が悪くずっと困っていたので感謝しています。
癖強よなの？かもですが長年の経験は信頼できます。
私は対応悪いとか思ったことありません。
朝早くからやっていて薬もサクッと貰えて無駄な時間が無いのも大変助かります。
