岡崎麺！
駐車場?️お店横と道路向かい側に停められます。
じっちゃんばっちゃんそして娘さんでしょうか？元気な女性です好印象！
３人で切り盛りしていました。
店内の壁には、芸能人のサイン色紙がいっぱい飾られてます。TV取材豊富！
チャーシュー麺大盛りと餃子5個頂きました。麺は佐野ラーメン特有の縮れ麺の軟らかめな茹で具合。
スープたまたまなのか若干ぬるめな感じが残念ですが、生姜の風味が美味しい醤油味。
チャーシュー5枚入り。めんまも入ってます。
餃子は、野菜たっぷりもちもちで美味しい！(2020.3.1)

It's a pity that the soup just happened to be a little slimy, but the ginger flavor is soy sauce flavor.
Contains 5 char siu. Noodles are also included.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どんな時に食べても、最後の一口まで美味しいラーメンです。あっさりしているのに、あじわいのあるスープと、スープに絡むひらひらの縮れ麺。私にとって佐野ラーメンといえば岡崎麺さん。今までも、これからも、大切なお店です。ずっと末長く続きますように。
No matter when you eat it, it's a delicious ramen until the last bite. Although it is light, the soup has a hydrangea and the fluttering curly noodles that are entwined with the soup. For me, Sano ramen is Okazaki noodles. It has been and will continue to be an important store. May it last forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何処で食べようか悩んで決めたこの岡崎麺さん。初めての訪問でしたが、正解でした。ご夫婦で営んでいるこじんまりとしたお店ですが、見たまんまのさっぱり醤油系でチャーシューも美味しい。もちろん麺はしっかりと腰もあり、手打ちならではです。スープも残さずに完食です。餃子も皮も具も美味しく、醤油などは必要なくそのままが一番美味しかった。恐らくワンタンも美味しいと思います。こういう昔ながらのお店は本当に大事にしたい。

Of course, the noodles are firm and chewy, which is unique to handmade noodles. It is complete without leaving any soup. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年11月訪問。青竹手打ち麺のちぢれ具合が独特で、スープが良く絡む醤油ラーメン。チャーシューも柔らかくて良いお味。
皮から手作りの餃子も野菜が沢山詰まっていてこれも美味しい。
昼休み無く営業しているので、移動途中に寄りやすいお店。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １ヶ月ほど前、大型店に行きましたが、今回はこじんまりしたこちらにお邪魔しました。岡崎麺さんは二度目の訪問です。こちらのスープは醤油色です。ガツンと口いっぱいに広がります。好きな味です。近年、透き通ったスープが佐野の主流になったそうですが、岡崎麺さんは、濃い口醤油を使い、ご主人が子供の頃食べていた、昔からの味を続けているそうです。開業５０年近いそうですが、「初代」ががんばっています。
I went to a large store about a month ago, but this time I visited a small shop. Mr. Okazaki is the second visit. This soup is soy sauce colored. It spreads in your mouth. It's my favorite taste. In recent years, clear soup has become the mainstream of Sano, but Mr. Okazaki uses strong soy sauce and continues to enjoy the traditional taste that his husband ate when he was a child.
