★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近隣に多くの佐野ラーメンが食べられるお店があるものの、たまには別のお店にも挑戦してみました。
ラーメンや焼売にふんだんに玉ねぎが入っていて、食感や玉ねぎの甘みもあり美味しかったです。揚げワンタンは、チーズも包まれたワンタンもあって、お酒のつまみには欲しくなります。
お店は行列ができるほど混んではいませんが、地元の人が多い親しみやすい雰囲気の空気感です。
 Although there are many Sano Ramen restaurants near by, I occasionally tried another one.
There were plenty of onions in the ramen and sashimi, and the texture and sweetness of the onions were so delicious. Fried wonton has wonton wrapped in cheese, so I want it as a snack.
The shop isn't crowded, but it has a friendly atmosphere with many locals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元の方も多く、好きな雰囲気のお店でした。美味しい平打ちちぢれ麺醤油味です。揚げワンタンチーズ巻きもお安く揚げたてです。
There were many locals and it was a shop with a favorite atmosphere. It is a delicious flat noodle soy sauce flavor. Fried wonton cheese rolls are also cheaply fried.

2021年5月29日12時15分頃訪問。
メニューを見たら餃子がありません。
チャーシューメンとシューマイを注文。
注文から１６分で着丼。
①チャーシューメン
・スープは濁っていてコクがあります。
但し現在の主流佐野ラーメンのスープとはチョッといがう感じです。
・麺はやや太めですでモチモチで美味しい。
・チャーシューは脂身なく味付けもよく美味しい。
②シューマイ
・具はありません。
片栗粉のようです。
足利シュウマイと呼ばれるタイプかと思います。
中華鍋のガチャガチャ音が気になりました。(うるさい)
水は常連さんにはお店の人が出していましたが、
一元さんはセルフサービスのようです。
シューマイは足利シュウマイを理解し注文した方がよいと思います。

When I look at the menu, there are no dumplings.
I ordered char siu men and shumai.
Donburi in 16 minutes from the order.
① Char siu men
・ The soup is cloudy and rich.
However, it feels a bit different from the current mainstream Sano ramen soup.
・ The noodles are slightly thick and chewy and delicious.
・ Char siu is not fat and is well seasoned and delicious.
② Shumai
・ There are no ingredients.
It looks like potato starch.
I think it's a type called Ashikaga Shumai.
I was worried about the rattling noise of the wok. (Noisy)
The water was provided by the shop staff to the regulars,
Ichimoto seems to be self-service.
Shumai should understand Ashikaga Shumai and order.
It was a treat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 野菜ワンタンメン、チャーハン、シュウマイ、ビール（大）で2,100円とお安くお腹いっぱいになりました。
シュウマイはタマネギ入りで甘めの足利シュウマイ、普通の肉シュウマイではないです。
Vegetable wonton noodles, fried rice, shumai, and beer (large) cost 2,100 yen and I was full.
Shumai is a sweet Ashikaga shumai with onions, not a normal meat shumai.

ラーメン550円＋半チャーハン頼みました。合計950円
チャーハンは絶品でここ最近食べた中で一番美味いです。いつも隣町から行く価値有りですね。ラーメン?チャーハン共に満点です。
Chijire noodles soy sauce ramen ? It's delicious.
I ordered ramen 550 yen + half fried rice. Total 950 yen
The fried rice is excellent and is the most delicious I have eaten recently. It's always worth going from the neighboring town. Both ramen ? fried rice are perfect.
