ランチ時間に行ったので少し待ちましたが、
入った後はスムーズに料理がでてきました。
ビールは夜からの提供だったのが残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 佐野駅から徒歩圏内にある佐野ラーメンのお店の中では１番美味しいです。あっさりして、スープも美味しいです。本場で佐野ラーメンを楽しみたいのであれば、本当におすすめのお店です。
餃子はセットで頼むのをおすすめします。皮がもちもちで、中身もたっぷり詰まっている食べ応えのある餃子です。
店員さんは基本的にはおばちゃん２人です。丁寧に対応してくれますが、店内が混雑してくると余裕がなくなるようですので、「混雑しているから仕方ない」という気持ちで待つことをおすすめします。
営業時間は決まっているようで、決まっていません。
当然、暖簾が外れて閉店することがあるので、営業してたら迷わず入ることをおすすめします。
駅付近では、１番おすすめです。
支払いは現金のみの対応です。

優しく穏やかな女将さん・おばさんが切り盛りしています。
さっぱりとした優しい味のスープに佐野ラーメン独特の平麺がよく絡んで非常に美味しいです！
餃子もカリッとした焼き上がりで中身がジューシーでとても美味しいです。
値段も安い！ 佐野ラーメン（600円）と餃子（400円）でコスパも申し分ありません^ ^
地元の人気店らしく次から次へとお客がやって来ます。ビジネスマンや職人さんや家族連れや市役所などへの用務客など幅広い客層がそれを物語っています。
新型コロナウイルス感染防止対策で客席を半分にして（カウンター3席・テーブル席2名×2、3名×2）営業しているのですぐに満席になってしまいますが、客の回転が早いので待ち時間も短く気になりません。
またテーブルや椅子などは客が入れ替わる度に丁寧に消毒しているので安心です^ ^
余談ですがお店の北側の駐車場のオーナーさん（地主さん？）との関係は非常に悪いようです。店舗内外に「通り抜けをしないで下さい」「隣は優香の駐車場ではありません」と貼り紙や表示がされています。
聞けば無断駐車や通り抜けを見つけてはオーナーさんがお店に怒鳴り込んでくることもあるそうです。
楽しい食事を台無しにされないように＆お店に迷惑をかけないようにみんなで気をつけましょう^^;

As a new coronavirus infection prevention measure, the number of seats is halved (3 counter seats, 2 table seats x 2, 3 people x 2), so it will fill up quickly, but the turnover of customers is fast. The waiting time is short and I don't mind.
Also, the tables and chairs are carefully disinfected every time the customer changes, so you can rest assured ^ ^
As an aside, the relationship with the owner (landowner?) Of the parking lot on the north side of the shop seems to be very bad. Inside and outside the store, there are stickers and indications such as "Please do not pass through" and "There is no Yuka parking lot next door."
If you ask, the owner may yell at the shop if you find parking or passing through without permission.

すっきりとしてますが、ちょっと味が濃いめのスープです
麺は佐野特有の平打ちよりも細目でストレートに近い麺でした
ツルツルっとしてシコッとした食感でスープとの絡みもよく美味しい麺です
チャーシューはバラ肉のチャーシューが一枚のっていてバラ肉の脂が甘く感じでこれも美味しいです
ぎょうざは餡が粗めですが、バラけることなくまとまっていてすごく美味しいです
とてもいいお店だと思いました
