猫	猫踏んじゃった on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の昼過ぎに初訪問昼の閉店間際と言う事も有って先客は殆ど居らず、家族連れが2組とテーブル席に1組程でしたチャーシュー麺を注文し待つ事5分程で着丼！佐野ラーメンは青竹打ちの麺が共通ですが、食感・味は全て店によりバラバラ…特に麺は柔らかいのから、固め・手揉み縮れ・ストレート・手切りによるバラバラ太さの麺！…等色々有ります。此方の店は、鶏の旨味が強く透き通ったスープに良く合う、やや細く歯応えも良い食感のストレートタイプを使用！チャーシューは各々個人的主観も有りますが、厚みが有り豚特有の臭みも無く美味しく感じられました(^^) First visit on Sunday afternoon There were almost no previous customers because it was just before closing in the daytime, there were two families and one set at the table seats Order the char siu noodles and wait for about 5 minutes! 3	35 papa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買い物ついでに佐野ラーメンを食べに来て、予備知識無しに立ち寄りました。どなたかも書いていたと思いますが、シンプルな手打ちラーメンと焼き餃子。麺はコシがあって、喉越しが良く、スープも済んだ色味が特徴的です。餃子は大ぶりで具も多く、また皮も厚く食べ応えあります。今回ふらっと寄ったけど、また来よう思います。 I came to eat Sano ramen while shopping and stopped by without any prior knowledge. N	Noir chat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通るたびにタイミングが合わずになかなか訪問できずにいましたがこの日は開店間もない時間で訪問出来ました。しかしながらすでに店内はけっこう埋まっている状況です。ワンタンメンを注文して出てきたのは見た目は王道の佐野らーめんですが、意外にコシはしっかりめ、澄んだスープも満足出来るものでおいしく頂けました。 I couldn't visit because the timing wasn't right every time I passed, but I was able to visit on this day just after the store opened. 高	高久幸夫（たかQ） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも行きつけのラーメン屋さんです。昔からなので私の口に1番合っているお店です。麺は自家製青竹打ちコシのあるストレート麺。スープは透き通った鶏ガラ醤油。チャーシューも臭みもなく厚切りで満足感があります。普通盛りでも麺は多めなお店だと思います。ラーメンの種類は基本のラーメンにトッピングしたメニューです。チャーシュー麺、メンマラーメン、ネギラーメン、ワンタン麺。夏場になると冷やし中華が追加になります。また、餃子はモチモチした自家製皮にたっぷり野菜で甘味もあってニンニクは少な目です。なので匂いも気にせず食べれますよ〜今では5個と3個があります。お持ち帰りも今はやってますね〜ラーメンと餃子5個食べればかなりの満腹感になると思いますよ〜今や佐野ラーメンも沢山のお店がありますのでどこが1番美味しいのとよく聞かれます。地元住民からすれば一概にここが1番なんて言えないと思いますがやはり昔から食べ慣れた方はそのお店がメインになると思います。いろんなお店を回って食べ歩きするのも佐野ラーメンを楽しめるかと思います。 It's a ramen shop I always go to.
