岡	岡本芳則 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【赤見屋本店】駐車場?️お店の脇道進むと線路手前に左右に分かれてちっこいですが?️有ります(看板有り) 家族経営でしょうか？男女共おふたりづつ計4人で切り盛りしていました。カブで、出前から帰って来たお父さんヘルメット姿がいい感じ！かつ丼とチャーシュー麺そして餃子頂きました。かつ丼は、味が薄くお肉は冷凍食品的な印象でしたがご飯は美味しかった。チャーシュー麺あっさりスープが美味しいおじちゃん好み。麺は佐野ラーメン特有の手打ちの縮れ麺でいい感じ。チャーシューも普通に美味しい。餃子は羽ついてましたがパリパリ食感ではなかった…。本場の羽つき餃子もそうなのかなぁ？餃子自体は、ひと口サイズで食べやすいですが餡が若干少ない印象でした。 (2020.11.15) [Akamiya Main Store] Parking lot ?️ If you go along the side road of the shop, it will be divided into left and right in front of the railroad track, but there is ?️ (with a sign) Is it a family business? u	usako Sinohara (うさこ) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 佐野ラーメンを食べに行くのですが、14時〜17時って閉まってるお店が多いのです。色々と調べて来たところがこちらの赤見屋本店さん。どんぶりが小さいので量は少ないと思いましたがきてみてビックリです。食べても量が減らない。スープはマイルドでインパクトは弱いと思いますがピラピラした麺との相性は良いと思います。スルスルと喉を通っていきました。餃子は羽付き！ニンニクもキツすぎず食べやすく美味しい。ラーメンの種類（トッピング）が多かったので気分に合わせて注文できます。今回はワンタン麺。このお店は食堂なのでラーメン以外にもメニューがあります。お店は窓を開け換気も良くできてるし、入り口に消毒も設置してありました。 I go to eat Sano ramen, but many shops are closed from 14:00 to 17:00. 花	花 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メニュー豊富でタンワンタンメンが気になり注文しました。私の想像では『お野菜たっぷり､塩系のスープ､しかもワンタン入♡』でしたが、実際はお醤油のスープでした? タンメンって塩系のスープじゃないの？って一瞬自分の認識を疑いましたが、調べてみたけど…やっぱりタンメンは塩系のスープですよね? あとからいらしたお客さんが「中華麺の塩ね」って注文されていたので…おそらくこちらのお店では「タンワンタンメンの塩」と注文するのが正しいようですね? しかしながら、そのようなことはメニューには一切表記されておらず…ただ『塩ラーメン』というメニューがなかった? 味はしっかりめ、量が多く、麺は細ちぢれ麺のわりにコシがあると言った印象。タンワンタンメン…塩系が食べたかったな…? 餃子はお野菜たっぷりでした。 I ordered it because the menu was abundant and I was interested in Tanwan Tanmen. ま	まー。“final0491” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あっさり優しい味の佐野ラーメンです。細さが均一でない手打ちの縮れ麺。むしろ、僕のしってる佐野ラーメンは均一で縮れの無い麺が多いですが、昔からこの辺りのラーメンを食べてる人に言わせてると、青竹打ちで尚且つ縮れのある不均な麺こそ佐野ラーメンだと…。結局は美味しければなんでも良いんですが、この辺りの方が言うザ・佐野ラーメンは赤見屋さんのようなラーメンなのだと思いました。特別大きな感動もないラーメンですが、非常にシンプルで懐かしいバランスの良いラーメンだと思います。また食べに来たいです。 Sano ramen with a light taste.
