D	D-Volt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lobby attendants were very polite and even though I knew little Japanese, they still worked with me with great patience. The rooms were clean, the hotel looked gorgeous and the breakfast in the hotel was excellent. Certainly got my money's worth.

The room service worked very well and the room was like brand new everytime it was cleaned. Rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. The hotel is super quiet and near to the isralian embassy.

The staff were very attentive and went to great lengths to help me when my spectacles broke and needed repaired. Very convenient location right around the corner from Kojimachi station exit.
Y	Yohan Pasqual on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and Helpful staff. Good location. Tidy rooms and clean bathroom. Only a short walk to JR lines and Subway. Also only few minutes away from Royal Imperial Palace and chidorigafuchi park. Only smoking rooms were available when we booked, but it was not difficult at all to stay & sleep in (both of us are non-smokers). There was an freshener kept due to that but only had to use it once when we first entered the room. We would stay there again.

The hotel staff was very polite. The rooms (for Tokyo hotel standards) were perfect for the price. The location is very convenient as you can get to places like shinjuku and shibuya inside 15 minutes by the subway. I suggest to get off to the next jr station yotsuya it's around the same distance but easy to get with hot sun and luggages.

You can get almost anywhere very quickly between metro and JR lines commuting very little. Good choice for Japanese breakfast and more limited choice for continental, it cost 1200 Yen or 1080 if you buy it in advance the day before, well worth it! If is served 7:30-9:30. 7 Eleven just 50m away.
