★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高松のうどんを期待して行ったので、かなり残念に感じてしまった。
普通のうどん屋としては確かに美味しい。
特に出汁がとっても美味しい。でも、高松のうどんを出汁はもっとイリコというか違う魚の味がする気がする。
ここの出汁はカツオのものすごい美味しい版で、関西風に近い。
天ぷらはサクサクでとっても美味しい。これはかなりオススメ。
麺は固いというよりは、なんだか断面が層になってる感じ。喉越し…うーん。
高松のうどんは麺がものすごく長いけど、ここのは普通の長さ。
釜玉はオススメできない…。全く別物。何が違うんだろうか？？卵に熱が入りすぎているのか、美味しくない。
ただ、普通に美味しいことは間違いない。
 I was hoping for Takamatsu udon noodles, so I felt quite disappointed.
It's certainly delicious as an ordinary udon restaurant.
The soup is especially delicious. However, I feel that the Takamatsu udon noodles are more like Iriko or the taste of different fish.
The soup stock here is a very delicious version of bonito and is close to the Kansai style.
The tempura is crispy and very delicious. This is highly recommended.
The noodles are rather hard, and the cross-section is somewhat layered. Over my throat ... Hmm.
The noodles of Takamatsu udon are very long, but here is the normal length.
Kamatama cannot be recommended ... Totally different thing. What's the difference? ? The eggs are too hot or not so delicious.
However, it is definitely delicious.

四角くてコシと食べ応えのある麺。
噂には聞いていたけど、想像以上のコシでした。
お出汁も美味しいらしいので、次はあったかいうどんを食べてみよー♪

汁も全部飲み干して完食。
チェーン店では味わえない腰のある麺ですね
ありすぎなくらいの腰で香川で食べたうどんより腰が強かった
カレーうどんはスープがシャバシャバ系
ドロッとしたスープが好きな方には物足りないかも。
私としては少しだけドロッとしてた方が好みでした。

Curry udon soup is shaba shaba
It might be unsatisfactory for those who like drunk soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コシもあって出汁も美味しくて、なかなか、ここだと言ううどん屋が少ない中、ここのうどんは、美味しいです！
時間を待てない人はおすすめではないと思います。
広島でも数少ないうどん屋さんですね。
The udon noodles here are delicious, even though there aren't many udon restaurants that say they are here because they are chewy and the soup stock is delicious!
I don't think it's recommended for people who can't wait for time.
It's one of the few udon restaurants in Hiroshima.

すじ肉うどん、ご飯、野菜とタコのかき揚げをチョイス！おにぎりとかは昼時を過ぎてたのもありありませんでした。かき揚げはオーソドックスです！ご飯はふっくらして美味しかったです！メインのうどんですが…ズバリコシのある本場のうどんです！本格派が好きな方はおススメです。コシがしっかりしてるので次回来店確定で次回は釜玉うどんを頼むのも確定です！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 釜玉うどん530円と天ぷら2個220円を頂きました。私にとっては硬麺でしたが、美味しくいただけました。コシよりも硬めの麺を好む方には良いかなと思います。
I received 530 yen for Kamatama udon and 220 yen for 2 tempura. It was hard noodles for me, but it was delicious. I think it is good for those who prefer hard noodles to chewy noodles.

注文してから時間がかかること、店内が狭いので時間帯によっては並んで待つことが難点ではありますが、それでも行きたいお店です。

うどんのコシは強く、つゆの香りも食欲をそそります。
かけうどんのつゆも美味しいですが、他人とじうどんの卵が混ざったつゆも一度味わう価値ありです。
