p	przc _ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しい讃岐うどんのお店こちらへは数回目の訪問です。昼も夜も訪問しておりますが久々の訪問です。この日のチョイスはかけうどん(温) しょうゆうどん(冷) 舞茸の天ぷらです。どうもこういううどん屋さんでは 2杯食べないと気が済みません。天ぷらはなんだか舞茸の天ぷらだけが非常に美味しそうな気がしたので取ってしまいました。入り口すぐのカウンターでうどんの注文そしてレジまでの間に天ぷらやおにぎりがあります。そしてレジにて精算しながらうどんを受け取ります。レジの奥にかけうどん用の出汁タンクがあります。お出汁は2種類両方讃岐の出汁ですが優しいと濃い目があります。今までは優しい方を食べていた気がしますがこの日は濃い目を入れてみました。その近くにネギや天かす(ノーマル、のり、紫蘇？等)数種類があります。テーブルにうどんの醤油があります。さて実食ですがかけうどんは濃い目が私の好みかもしれません。優しい方もおいしかった記憶はあるのですが私的には少しパンチが効いた濃い目でした。しょうゆうどんですが、うどんはやはり冷たくするとコシとより小麦の味がしっかり出て美味しいですね。残念なのが醤油でした。醤油がもっと良いというか美味しければもっとおうどんが引き立つのになぁと思いました。美味しいお店なので讃岐系のうどんが好きな方は一度足を運ばれてはいかがでしょうか？ Delicious Sanuki udon shop This is my second visit. n	noid shii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時間がなく、さくっとランチを済ませたくてこちらのうどん屋さんに寄りました。初めて入ったので注文方法よくわからず…入り口でもたもたしていたらお店の方から「おぼん持って好きなものを取ってください。うどんは目の前で注文です。」とお声をかけていただきました。私は明太子しょうゆうどん(温)にしました。お醤油は席に置いてあるお醤油をかけていただきます。ネギや天かすはセルフで好きなだけ。私はネギ好きなのでネギたっぷりいれました。席はコロナ対策なのでしょう、仕切りが置いてあります。うどんは美味しかったです。時間ないときは早いしおいしいし最適ですね。 I didn't have much time, so I stopped by this udon restaurant because I wanted to have a quick lunch. n	num roc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の会社では到底適応出来ないであろう酷いレベルのコミュ症の店長がやってるうどん屋さんです。相当なコミュなのでこの人に愛想を求める事は期待しない方がいいと思います。で、バイトの人に接客の役割を任せてるって感じです。そこで機嫌を損なわないよう注意です。肝心のうどんの方ですが、至って普通って感じです。コシはそこまで無いです。出汁の方は温かいやつを自分で入れるのですがかなり薄味に感じます。トッピングもよくよく見ると自分で用意出来るような内容だと思いました。お肉の方も他の人が書いてるとおり安い感じのお肉です。丼物もですがどの肉もペラペラな感じです。うどんは麺と出汁が用意出来れば自分で何とかなりそうなレベルの内容だと感じます。時間が無い時たま〜に利用しますが、原因が何か分かりませんがお客さんが少ないと感じます。以前よりか少なくなってるように思います。 ◯亀とかが近くにあればそっちに行くと思います。 It's a udon restaurant run by a store manager with a terrible level of communism that other companies wouldn't be able to adapt to.
