冷たいうどんにしたら｢こし｣が強すぎた感もありましたので、コチラのうどんは温かい｢かけ｣うどん系にした方が美味しいかなぁ？

昨日、減塩育食弁当千円を初めて食べました。'減塩'気にならず、美味しく頂きました。家族も、これが千円ならと高評価。私にはもう少しごはんがぱらっとしているのが好きですが、高得点でしょう。
そうだった、少し距離があるので利用しにくいのですが、ここにも行かないといけない。

ただ周りに讃岐うどん屋ができ始めて、そっちへ気軽に行くことが多くなり
顔を出し辛くなりました、ごめんなさい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出汁を味わってほしい。チェーン店の出汁は、味が濃すぎるので、最後までは出汁を飲めない。この店の優しい出汁は、最後まで飲み干せる。減塩であり、いりこ、昆布にも、こだわっている。健康的であり、環境にも良い。
うどんはコシがあって美味しい。手作りのうどん、湧き水を汲みにいって、うどんをつくっている。ここまで徹底している、うどん屋はない。広島ではここだけ。おそらく西日本でも少ないはず。
定食のおかずも全て美味しい。優しい味。

健康志向のお店です。
全体の味付けが薄目、減塩なので、濃い味を好む方には向いてない様に思います。
それとたまたま日が悪かったのでしょうか？他の方のクチコミに書かれている出汁の味わいは、私は分かりませんでした。
卓上調味料には藻塩が有るのですが、小皿が無く、天ぷら等に直接かける様でした。
また、お茶が常温なのはデフォなのでしょうか？
布巾等も無いのでご自身で用意しましょう。

There is algae salt in the tabletop seasoning, but there is no small plate, and it seems to be sprinkled directly on tempura.
Also, is it the default that tea is at room temperature?
There is no cloth, so please prepare your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この辺りでは一番のうどん屋さんではないでしょうか。とってもおいしくて、穏やかな雰囲気も居心地がいいです。
ランチはうどんに天ぷらとごはん、小鉢やサラダまでついて900円です。ツルツル、シコシコの麺はオーガニック小麦に全粒粉入りだそうで、ほどよいコシがあります。ザ讃岐というゴリゴリ系ではありませんが、僕はいいなと思いました。
化学調味料など無添加にこだわっているそうで、出汁は優しいお味です。パンチが足りないと思う人もいるかもしれません。好みが分かれるところでしょうね。私は好きです。
メニューには、冬らしく鍋焼きうどんやカレーうどんが。ぜひ再訪して食べたいところ。なぜかタコライスなんかも入っていて、こちらも気になりますね♪

The menu includes nabeyaki udon and curry udon, which are typical of winter. A place you definitely want to visit and eat. For some reason, taco rice is also included, so I'm curious about this too ♪

?南向きで柔らかな春の陽が店内を明るくしています。
とっても天然素材にこだわられている 手打ちうどん店です。
包丁で一本一本切られた麺は見た目にも美味しく、歯応えのよい中太。
とても丁寧な仕込みを想像させます。
そしてお出汁が優しい✨
セットにすると、小盛りのご飯に、サラダ、天婦羅、煮物、漬け物など、小鉢が４品付いて、一つ一つ 味わい深く、「和食ランチ」を楽しめます☆
特に 天婦羅は 季節の野菜 数種や長州鳥をカリッとサクサクで、藻塩で頂くとご飯が進みます♪
お煮〆(今日は鶏肉じゃが風)が 冷たかったので、常温だと良いなーと思いました (^^)
まだセットしか頂いたことなく、売りのうどんを、単品で色々と試したいですが、
セットの内容がとても良くて、なかなか悩ましい所です♪
セットのうどんを、単品のトッピングを組み合わせて楽しめると、もっと嬉しいです。贅沢な希望です…(^^)
食卓には醤油、藻塩、一味唐辛子、胡麻(すり容器)があり、お好みでアレンジでします。
お店の方々の対応 挨拶も気持ち良く✨ホッとするお昼が過ごせます。
