★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 信号付近にあるのに、平気で道路出入り口に路上駐車する奴が多すぎる。入り口にいる警備の男は何もしないし、病院側も一切対策を取らない。
病院は、道路交通法違反だってこと分かってるの？
いつまで違法行為を放置するつもりなの？

看護師の方は、辛い治療でメンタルが落ち込んでる時に寄り添ってくださる温かい方達でした。
私は、好きな病院です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族がお世話になりました。看護師さんなど、お会いしたスタッフの方は皆、丁寧に、家族に寄り添って対応してくださり、忙しい中でも出来る限りのことをしてくださっているのを感じました。
My family took care of me. I felt that all the staff I met, such as nurses, were polite and close to my family and did everything I could while I was busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワクチン接種でお世話になりました。
狭い部屋にパイプ椅子が50脚ほど並べられた部屋で待ちました。
隣の椅子との間はパイプ椅子一個分ほどでとても密な状態でした。
医師の問診で採血の時迷走神経反射になってしまうと伝えたところ「ベッドないから座って打って」と言われ椅子に座って打ちました。
当日は症状が出なかったので良かったですが、
医師の対応に驚きました。
接種していただいた看護師さんはとても感じが良く、優しい看護師さんでした。
大規模接種会場のように流れ作業なので、寝ながら打ちたい方にはおすすめ出来ません。
クリニックで打つことをオススメします。

１度目は右手の靭帯が切れて、事前に問い合わせをして受診しましたが、受診したら「ここでは診れないので紹介します」と言われました。
２度目は喘息発作で伺いましたが「呼吸器症状がある方は、まず発熱外来に行って…」と言われました。
ご時世的に仕方ないとも思いましたが、救急車も受け入れている病院の対応とは思えませんでした。
別の病院を受診しましたら「肩で息してるもんね。喘息発作だよ」とすぐに点滴をして下さいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の方の態度があまり良くなかったです。
私が歳下だからか、フレンドリーに話そうとしてくださってるのかは分かりませんが、「そっか、そっか〜」と終始タメ口。気にしない方もいらっしゃるとは思いますが、私のように気になる人も一定数いると思うので年齢問わず全員に敬語は使うようにした方がいいかと思います。
水曜日に体全身にじんましんが出て痒くて辛かったのですが、皮膚科がどこも休診だったので診てもらうだけでもできないかと思い来院しました。
ネットにもじんましんは内科でも診れるとありました。
皮膚科がどこも空いていないこと、内科でも診れると書いていたことをお伝えすると受付さんから「いや〜、うちではやってないんで〜」と一言。せめて受付さんだけで判断せず、一度上の人に確認するなど臨機応変に対応できないのかなと思いました。
ですが、空いている皮膚科を１箇所だけ教えてくださったのでそこは感謝しています。ありがとうございました。
遠くて行けれませんでしたが･･･。

このご時世、多忙なのは分かりますが、医師、看護師、外来受付、電話受付、会計等全体的に対応が悪く、とても感じ悪いです。
こんな時だからこそ尚更、少しでも穏やかな笑顔で対応してくださったら、患者さんや付き添いの方々も救われる思いで、イメージや評価も良くなるのではないでしょうか。
今後は関わりたくありません。
