 There was a free parking lot for tourists and there was a bicycle rental. It is difficult to use the common ticket because there are few target facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 観光には微妙に歩く事になる位置の駐車場が併設されていますが、悪天候や足が悪いとかでも無い限り普通に便利に使える駐車場です。
平日のＡＭに利用しましたが、観光客専用なのに目に付く限り私以外は”浜松”ナンバーの地元民の車で敷地の５割が埋まってます。
There is a parking lot in a position where you will have to walk slightly for sightseeing, but it is a parking lot that can be used normally and conveniently unless there is bad weather or bad feet.
I used it for AM on weekdays, but as far as I can see it is exclusively for tourists, except for me, 50% of the site is filled with cars of locals with "Hamamatsu" number.

The back of Pal Pal. 5 minutes walk to Pal Pal and ropeway platform. So parking is free. Super secret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ロ―プウェイや遊園地、お寺、神社、海岸、遊覧船、公園、旅館などがあり観光できても、ドライブで遊びに来ても楽しめる場所だと思います。
急に海が見たくなって子供連れて遊びにいきましたが、子供は貝殻拾いに夢中になって風が強くて寒い中30分以上海岸にいました(^_^;)
近くに足湯があって入ったんですが、少し温くて物足りなかったです。
遊園地はカップルで楽しむ感じではなく、家族連れが楽しむ感じです。
フラワーパ―クは4月の花見のシ―ズンがおすすめです。桜とチュ―リップのコラボが最高です。
近くにいろんな施設があるので充実した一日を過ごせると思います。
There are ropeways, amusement parks, temples, shrines, shores, tour boats, parks, and inns, and I think it's a place where you can enjoy sightseeing even if you come for a drive.
Suddenly I wanted to see the sea and went to play with my child, but the child was absorbed in picking up shells and was on the coast for more than 30 minutes in the windy and cold (^ _ ^;)
There was a footbath nearby and I entered it, but it was a little warm and unsatisfactory.
The amusement park is more like a family, not a couple.
The flower park is recommended for the April cherry blossom season. The collaboration between cherry blossoms and tulip is the best.
I think that you can spend a fulfilling day because there are various facilities nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浜松駅、浜松西IC方面から来ると舘山寺街道沿い右手側に見えるので意外と分かりやすい。無料で駐車場も広いし観光バスも数台駐車出来るし電気自動車も1台充電出来る。トイレも完備されてる。舘山寺や愛宕神社方面に行くにはちょっと歩くけど門前前駐車場に出る変わり者のばっ様に絡まれるより良いかも。
If you come from Hamamatsu Station or Hamamatsu Nishi IC, you can see it on the right side along the Tateyamaji Highway, so it is surprisingly easy to understand. The parking lot is large for free, you can park several sightseeing buses, and you can charge one electric car. There is also a toilet. It's a short walk to get to Tateyama Temple and Atago Shrine, but it might be better than being entangled with a stranger who appears in the parking lot in front of the gate.
