p	pipipi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 空間自体は素敵ですが、店員の方が有り得ないくらい無礼でした。注文の瞬間からとても態度が悪かったため、こちら側には問題は無かったと思うのですが、とにかく心底不快な気持ちになりました。お金持ちであるだろうお客さんにはヘコヘコした対応をなさっていたため、客の年齢によって接客態度を変えているのだろうなと感じました。失礼を承知で申し上げますが、接客業として非常にみっともないと思います。頂いたアイスクリームの味は普通でしたが、もう二度と伺いません。 The space itself is nice, but the clerk was so rude. S	S N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回はランチ後のカフェを探しており以前来たことのあった新風館へ一周して気になったお店が「this is shizen」一見見た目は、植物屋さんですがお店の前の看板にはカフェメニューが店内は自然の森をテーマにしたような空間でとてもいい空間でした観葉植物好きな人にもおすすめできます実際変わったサボテンだったり、植物だったりがあり結構観葉植物目当てで来られるお客様も結構多い飲食ですスタッフも可愛いくて、丁寧だし最初から好印象です注文したドリンクも、おだんごも美味しくて最高でしたちなみに私が頼んだのは、おだんごおまかせ5本セット（どんぐり茶付き）600円、、、、、安っおだんご自体が小さめだし、量いらないけど種類沢山食べたい方にもおすすめできますし、あとはドリンクが新鮮カフェとかいくとコーヒーとか紅茶とかノンアルドリンク飲みがちですが、ここではどんぐりから焙煎したどんぐり茶が飲めます味にすこし濁りがある渋めなお茶ですが、これがめちゃうままた新風館館内をリサーチしたいなと思いました This time I was looking for a cafe after lunch and went to Shinpuhkan where I had visited before The shop I was interested in after going around was "this is shizen" At first glance, it looks like a plant shop, but there is a cafe menu on the signboard in front of the shop. 4	4 sakura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内はとても素敵だったのですが、店員の対応が最悪でした。団子とコーヒーを注文する予定だったのですが、「団子が売り切れている」と言われたため、コーヒーだけを注文しました。すると、店員さんから他の商品を次々と勧められました。コーヒーが飲みたかったこと、勧められた商品が苦手だったこともあり、丁寧にお断りをしたのですが、その瞬間からあからさまに態度が変わりました。しまいには、飲み物しか頼まなかったことを、こちら側に聞こえるように文句を言っていました。店内が混んでいるわけでもなかったため、そこまで言われる筋合いはないと思います。おそらく、特定の店員だけがこのような対応をしているのだとは思いますが、とても不快な思いをしましたので、こちらに書かせて頂きます。 The inside of the store was very nice, but the clerk's response was the worst.
