k	kanonfunk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 果たしてコレが豚骨ラーメンの「てっぺん」だろうか…。スープはシャバシャバ。一口すすればわかる、かなりの節約タイプ店。もちろん臭みのトッピング付き。こんな店に評価4以上とか杉並区民って舌バカなんかな？どんなに非難されようとも恥ずかしくて堪らない。周りにラーメン屋少なくて今までは裸の王様てっぺん大将やったろうが明らかにコレは本物の味ではない。500円コンビニラーメン程度のレベル。 2年後には隣りのなおじに客取られるのは確実。。。 Is this really the "top" of pork bone ramen? キ	キ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好きな感じのとんこつベース。但し、つけ麺をたべましたがスープが冷たい、麺が太麺でスープがからまない、スープがサラサラ過ぎて麺にからまない。なので全然美味しくいただけませんでした。普通のラーメン食べれば良かったかと激しく後悔してますが、どう考えてもパスタ風のツルツル太麺とここのつけ麺ダレは合わないので商品開発センスがないと感じたので再訪はなしですかね。店員さんが元気でとても愛想良くテキパキ仕事をしています。見てて気持ち良いので★を一つ増やしておきます。 Tonkotsu base with your favorite feeling. K	K ___ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すぐそばにあるなおじが好きなので、つい後回しになっていたけど、今回はこちらに初訪問。本当はなおじに行くつもりが、夕方16時ごろの微妙な時間だったので17時まで休憩中…で、開いていたこちらに。こちらの定番と思われる豚骨ラーメンをチョイス。夜ゴハンも普通に食べる予定だったので、大盛りや替え玉、トッピングも無しの純粋な豚骨ラーメン。ただ、普通は細麺のところ太麺でこってりに変更。見た目は確かに地味目のオーソドックスな豚骨ラーメン。スープはとろりとした濃厚豚骨で、臭みも全くなく、適度な濃厚さで美味しかった。麺は豚骨には細麺も好きなんだけど、今日は太麺を選べたのでそうした。これも適度にコシがあり好きな感じ。ボリュームもごく普通の並盛り。チャーシューやメンマ、ノリは特筆することもなく。全体にパンチがあるわけでもボリュームがあるわけでもないけど、地味に美味しい豚骨ラーメン。 18時までのサービスで水餃子とかトッピングとかが110円だったけど、今日は見送り。ただ、コロナ対策は分かるけど、味変アイテム(紅生姜、ゴマ、酢等)がお願いしないと出て来ないのはちょっと…地味だから後半はあれもこれも入れたいけど、そんなに色々お願いしにくいし。店前に駐輪できなくはないのと、Paypay使えました。次は油そばですかね。 I like the uncle who is right next to me, so I had to put it off, but this time I visited here for the first time.
