The festival god is Shinohara Michishin. It seems to be of benefit to those wishing to wish to improve their studies, to go on to college, or to pass the exam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天澤院から少し山裾を登った先に「菅原神社」はあります。(菅原=と言う事なので天神様でしょうか⁉️)
前面の山裾には青梅市の梅の公園が望めます。(今は梅の病気発生してしまった為に再植林中ですが、復活した暁には春先には素晴らしい梅畑の絶景が見られる立地です)
菅原神社以外にも八坂神社等の境内摂社があります。
Sugawara Shrine is located a little further up the mountain from Tenzawa-in. (Is Sugawara = so Tenjin-sama? ⁉️)
You can see the Ume Park in Ome City at the front of the mountain. (Currently, we are reforestation due to a plum disease that has occurred, but it is a location where you can see a magnificent view of the plum field in early spring when it revives)
Besides Sugawara Shrine, there are other precincts such as Yasaka Shrine.
