 At the end of the closed road is the approach entrance. I sit on the top of the mountain that climbed the stone steps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山の神戸林道を歩いてすぐの場所です。社殿横で水がﾄﾞﾊﾞﾄﾊﾞ出ていたので汲んで帰りました。奥に道が続いており愛宕尾根に行くらしいが時間がなく確認できず。
追記
神社横の道から愛宕神社奥の院経由で日の出山に行けますが倒木が多いルートです。行くなら山の神戸林道を進むと登り道があるので其方から進んだ方が道は整備されています。ここからの登りは急勾配なので山登りに慣れている人用のルートですね。途中神社跡らしきものがありました。
It is a short walk from the mountain Kobe forest road. There was a lot of water next to the shrine, so I drew it home. There is a road in the back and it seems that we are going to Atago Ridge, but we can't confirm it because we don't have time.

You can go to Hinodesan from the road next to the shrine via Atago Shrine Okunoin, but it is a route with many fallen trees. If you go, there is an uphill road if you follow the mountain Kobe forest road, so the road is better if you go from there. The climb from here is steep, so it's a route for people who are accustomed to climbing mountains. There was something that looked like a shrine on the way.
