★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 風土記でも「鎮座の年代が不明」とされている古社のようで周辺地域(二俣尾)の鎮守です。青梅線の駅名になっている神社です。但し駅は無人で駅前は商店どころか広場もありません。当然に石神社用の駐車場?️もなく駅から獣道を通っていかないと神社にたどり着く事が出来ないのです……?(青梅街道側には鳥居は有りますがやはり駐車場?️は無し……?)
しかし市内最大級の大銀杏(青梅市の天然記念物に指定)はとても見事です❗️青梅線の電車?が通る際は音が気になりますが鎮守のパワーが感じられます。
It seems to be an old shrine that is said to be “the date of the Zenzai is unknown” even in the Fudoki, and it is the guardian of the surrounding area (Nibutao). It is a shrine that is the station name of the Ome Line. However, the station is unmanned and there is no plaza in front of the station. Naturally, there is no parking lot for Ishi Shrine, so you can't get to the shrine without going through the beast road from the station ... ? (There is a torii on the Ome Kaido side, but there is no parking lot… … ?)
However, one of the city's largest ginkgo trees (designated as a natural monument in Ome City) is very stunning.
