We enjoyed it very much, strong pork/ chicken base soup! I have had stronger ones so this is still moderate and acceptable!
Convenient, just 5 mins walk from Kyoto Station. Very local and friendly!
Amazingly, we found their fried rice to be super delicious! This is coming from someone with Taiwanese background!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went looking for food after getting off the train from Osaka and found this place while walking around the area near our hotel (and JR station). The ramen and gyoza were delicious and the service was great! I speak almost no Japanese and had no problem with menu, which included English descriptions. The woman who served us was very sweet and helpful when it came time to order. Will be going back before we leave Kyoto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wherever you are, Tenka Ippin is almost always delicious. First time at this shop. Service was good. Kotteri ramen was great--as always. I had the yakibuta teishoku (roast pork set). The substantial portion of pork was served on a mound of shredded cabbage with great soy and vinegar sauce (like gyoza sauce/tare).
