散策して以前食べたことのあるしゃかりきに到着すると、食べたことのないメニューを発見?。地鶏と煮干の旨味が引き立つスープの"つけそば"、不定期商品淡路の藻塩とヒマラヤのピンク色岩塩、秋田のしょっつるを使った地鶏の香りがやさしい"熟成塩らーめん"と、"豚ほぐし丼"、裏メニューの"味噌丼"を注文～(^^)。
そして、いずれも美味し～く頂きましたが、豚ほぐし丼が特に?～い?。

When you take a walk and arrive at Shakariki, which you have eaten before, you will discover a menu you have never eaten ?. "Tsukesoba", a soup that brings out the flavor of local chicken and dried sardines, "Aged salt ramen" with a gentle scent of local chicken using Awaji's algae salt and Himalayan pink rock salt, and Akita's shottsuru, and "Pork loosening" I ordered "Don" and "Miso bowl" on the back menu ~ (^^).
And all of them were delicious, but the pork bowl was especially ? ～ ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初です。つけ麺が1番人気ということでしたが、寒かったのでラーメンの「座」をいただきました。やや醤油の味が強く、もう少しスープの深みが欲しいかなぁ…と思いました。チャーシューは柔らかくて美味しかったです。ほぐし肉の丼はミニという割には大分多かったものの、肉の味付けが濃かったので完食できました。ちょっと後で胃もたれしそうな濃さ。ここは飲み屋も多いので、飲んだ後を想定した濃さなんですかね。
It's the first time. It was said that tsukemen was the most popular, but it was cold so I got the ramen "za". The taste of soy sauce is a little strong, so I wondered if I wanted a little more depth in the soup. The char siu was soft and delicious. The bowl of loose meat was a lot for the mini, but the seasoning of the meat was so strong that I was able to finish it. It's thick enough to make your stomach feel heavy a little later. There are many bars here, so it's supposed to be thick after drinking.

ランチにサクッと食べたい時多いです。
前は、恵比朱というラーメン屋さんが好きでしたが、何か？変わったのか…行かなくなりました。
京都タワー内に、フードコートがあり、ココでラーメンを。
京都（関西方面）は、関東人からすれば少し薄味な印象があります。コレはこれで好きなんですが…
ココのラーメンはそんなことなく、しっかりとした味でした。
中太ストレートな麺がスープとマッチしてました。
さっぱり、薄味を望むなら、ココではないラーメン屋が良いですが、しっかりとした醤油ラーメンを求めたり、グループで異なる食べ物を食べるなら、オススメです。

The medium-thick straight noodles matched the soup.
If you want a light taste, a ramen shop that is not here is good, but if you want a solid soy sauce ramen or eat different foods in a group, we recommend it.

Tried their “Za ramen” JYP780. I guess this is the signature ramen. Shoyu based.
Personally, I’m a tonkotsu ramen person (pork based ramen). The Chief were smiling at me, so I thought I give him a try, show some support you know. Turns out....I’m still a tonkotsu fan hahaha.
If you like heavy shoyu ramen, then probably this is your deal!
Ps. I like how they cut their chashu into very very thin slices. One of their nice point I would say. Easy to eat especially for ladies.

Portion: 7/10 (consider a little small, just nice for me)
Noodles: 6/10 (they use thick noodles and I’m a thin noodles person)
