★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small place with nice ramen! The broth is rich and so good. Love it! Serving speed is fast and although the water doesnt speak English, theyre really nice. Also the been sprout's head is cut (just the way i like)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very good ramen !! I tried the "shiromaru classic" (1,020 yen) and my wife the "akamaru modern" (1,080 yen). Both were very, very good. English menu avaialable and very good priced for the quality you get. Highly recommended !

Amazing ramen. Quick service and they had an English menu.
This was actually our second time going because we loved it so much in Osaka. The spicy ramen was a big bit with my wife. (It wasn't like fire in your mouth spicy, but tasted full of spices, if that makes any sense.) I got the middle ramen with the miso and it was delicious. Definitely add on the gyoza. They were so good I had to fight my wife for them.
And don't forget to try the iced tea!!! I don't know what why put in here but it's delicious!! And after getting knickled and dimed for refills at other joints, if was awesome that they just gave pitchers of delicious tea!
Really made out trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get the A teishoku for ramen, rice, and gyoza under 1000 yen. Great for when you need a good lunch in a pinch near the station.
They also have vegan ramen here that my friend has ordered before. It's supposed to be pretty good.
Has booths that can sit up to four, and counters that single diners can go in for a quick bite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would need to disagree with some of the reviews but this ramen is just a fast-food like ramen!
It’s not bad at all, but it’s not amazing.
November 2021, I just paid ¥1000 for they middle spicy ramen with chashu and 1 egg; not really what I was expecting.
There are definitely better and cheaper Ramen places around; but, if you are near and craving for Ramen it’s a decent option.
I’ll go again to try their “white” non-spicy ramen to see how it goes; as for now I know it is like ¥250 cheaper though…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite ramen chains in Kyoto station! I had the spicy ramen - it is definitely really hot! We really enjoyed the gyoza. There was a short wait but the staff was very organized in moving everyone through. A solid chain that always delivers!
