★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場は無いですが、1台位なら置いても大丈夫なスペースはあります。
また、頂上への時間も30分位なので
てっぺんで長居しなければ、一時間くらいのコースです。
There is no parking lot, but there is a space where you can put one car.
Also, the time to the top is about 30 minutes.
If you don't stay long at the top, the course is about an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天狗塚展望台、瑞浪市で一番高い標高のこの地からは、木曽川に掛かる笠置ダム湖の景観を眼下に見て取れる。
旧中仙道大湫宿の手前、弁天池からすぐの場所だが、この名の由来は一年に一度、全国の天狗が一同に集結しその技を競うという伝説に基づくものらしい。
私自身、天狗と言えば京都の鞍馬の天狗ぐらいしか思い付かないのだが、天狗伝説は、全国に広がるものだという事実を知らされた思いでもある。
From the Tengu Rock Lookout Point, the highest altitude in Mizunami City, you can see the scenery of the Kasagi Dam Lake over the Kiso River.
It is located in front of Okutejuku in Nakasendo, just off Bentenike, but the origin of this name seems to be based on the legend that tengu from all over the country gather together to compete for their skills once a year.
I can only think of tengu in Kurama, Kyoto, but I was also informed of the fact that the legend of tengu spreads all over the country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 瑞浪のグランドキャニオン❗眼下に木曽川の流れ。この流れが大渓谷を作り出した。景色は最高で言い伝えにある天狗の話し、この渓谷を日本中の天狗が集まり飛んでいたに違いないと確信しました。
前日なら 雲海が見えたと思いますが雲海で埋まるとこの景色が見えないからまた 出掛けるしか無いですね
Mizunami's Grand Canyon ❗ The flow of the Kiso River below. This stream created a great canyon. The scenery is the best and the story of the tengu, which is a legend, and I was convinced that tengu from all over Japan must have gathered and flew through this valley.
I think I could see the sea of clouds the day before, but when I was filled with the sea of clouds, I couldn't see this scenery, so I had no choice but to go out again.

気になったので行ってみました。
入り口は分かりやすいですし、すぐ横に駐車場もあります。
コロナ禍以前は駐車場でバーベキューもできた様子ですが、使用禁止のテープが貼られていました。
トイレもきれいです。（（（感謝）））
入り口から、5-10分程度で着きます。
雲海も見れるようで、狙っていってもいいかもしれませんね。
景色を撮るなら祠(？)の裏にまわって撮るといい感じです。足元だけ気をつけてください。

I was curious, so I went.
The entrance is easy to understand and there is a parking lot right next to it.
Before the corona sickness, it seems that barbecue was possible in the parking lot, but a banned tape was affixed.
The toilet is also clean. (((Thanks)))
It takes about 5-10 minutes from the entrance.
It seems that you can see the sea of clouds, so you may be aiming for it.
If you want to take a picture of the scenery, it's a good idea to go behind the shrine (?) And take a picture. Please be careful only at your feet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Tengu Rock Lookout point, so named after a legend that says that Tengu from all over Japan came here to compete in competitions with each other, is basically just that, a lookout. For a hiking destination it’s not worth it to come here but as a side diversion from the Nakasendo it would be worth it to see.
The short trail, maybe only 500 metres to the Lookout from the road, is easy to climb and along the way are many ceramic Tengu masks set upon poles. The masks are well made with close attention to detail.
The peak gives a good view of Mt Ontake and other local mountains. Also the Kiso River is visible below. The valley will fill with mist, depending on weather conditions, in the morning to make for a mystical sight.
